Philippe's Cafe

I went there with a group for a friends going away party. She was moving back to France where she was from. First of all, this was one of her favorite places to go for french food and she would know good french food. I had some onion soup that was delicious. And my entree was a pesto pasta but not an Italian version. It was very creamy and rich. Like no other pesto I've had before. We sat outside for a few hours there laughing and reminiscing. The night life outside the restaurant and the twinkling light inside made for a perfect enchanting evening.
