Pretty good school for a community college. They don't just have fall and spring classes, but also 2 summers sessions and winter sessions. It's easy to get credits for an associates degree, transfer program, or certificate program.

Good selection of classes, good certificate programs, can easily reach a certificate, an associates, or transfer. Good counselors department, no bad professors that I have seen, laid back environment, much like a high school. Good restaurants on campus, good community, good programs and lots of events and clubs. Very active community.

Price per unit keeps increasing but this is for all community colleges.

Although there are many busses that stop here, the 90/91 doesn't come often enough, and parking is a bit of a hassle. If you live nearby, or within the bus route of the Beeline 3 or 7, you should have no problem, but if you live in south Glendale, like me, be prepared to either take 2 Beelines, or spend $52 on a Metro Pass monthly, and wait 30 minutes every day to go home. Parking is around $50 a semester I believe.

Many apartments and houses nearby, but Glendale is EXPENSIVE to live in.

PROS: Very active community. Good classes, Good teachers. Beautiful Campus
CONS: Bus Lines / Parking sometimes a hassle. Price per unit keeps increasing

So far so good with an excellent walk down the mountain side to class. Take the 2 freeway, but don't park on Mountain road Lot A or you'll be sure to get a parking ticket! This school is less beuracratic than Valley College. I am taking a 3-D animation class for Maya.
Considering the class would be costing a couple thousand at UCLA, I enrolled and so far so good, I'm learning state of the art effects and computer design. You can't go wrong there! So this is a great deal, and its a nice lookin' school to spend 2 years or how ever long you wanna stay there. Most people go to these community colleges here before going to the Universities, because they offer a transfer program.

I really like the invirement of this school. It has a beautiful mountain view. School has good quality professors, some of them are hard but it's good for your money. It's not hard to get in to the classes, most of staffs are very friendly. Parking is not a big problem, there is free valet parking if you have trouble finding parking. Food at school is okay, stuffs at Cafeteria are somehow lossy and mean.

PROS: Liberary, classes, professors, parking.
CONS: Cafeteria

This school has a great variety of classes offered. The Ceramics department and class is phenomenal. Extra time is recommended for parking and having time to get to classes. The professors offer some of the most challenging courses that I have taken in college along with a great hands on side in their Biology class and lab.
