Campbell Bread Baking Company

Have you ever looked at the ingredients on bread at grocery stores? Dough conditioners, names of chemicals that you can't even pronounce...well there is nothing crazy like that in Campbell Breads, just the basic few ingredients needed.
I recently bought the peasant white bread at Draegers in San Mateo and absolutely love this bread. It's fresh, light and sometimes I'd rather eat the toast by itself than with my normal jam or peanut butter or nutella.
I highly recommend trying this bread as a truly natural made bread. I've tried other brands who make organic breads as well, but nothing has tasted this good.

I thought this place would sell amazing bread, wrong, it's really nothing special. The bakery is very small, and not necessarily the cleanest it could be. The choice of bread is limited. There is parking right outside the store. Maybe if they moved locations it would improve, it's in a very dingy strip mall.
