Out Of The Closet

It's a good place for college students looking for furniture for their apartments. There are also clothing and housewares. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

This particular branch of Out of the Closet is in an out-of-the-way neighborhood, and it isn't quite as fancy (for lack of a better word!) as the Fairfax branch. But that means there's way less trendy Westsiders competing for the really great stuff. If you have to go downtown sometime, stop by and check it out.

As thrift stores go, Out of the Closet is pretty good. It'll definitely take digging to find what you want, though. It seem to have such a hip appeal from the outside, that I expected a bit more. It's not one of the high quality thrift stores for sure, but it's better than your averge Goodwill. It's a good place to go for costuming needs as well.

This Out of the Closet location gives you everything you've come to expect from an Out of the Closet, a decent mid-sized thrift store with clothes, furniture, shoes and household goods. The staff here is always friendly.
