Mimi's Cafe

This restaurant started very good, but now is starting to look like it needs a deep cleaning. The food is okay, good portions, very good muffins and breads. Excellent chicken pot pie. The service is also lacking, very recently I was there for lunch and observed a waitress spilling a cup of coffee while serving it to a table just in front of ours, to my big surprise the waitress left for a couple of minutes to call the bus boys to clean her mess, while there was coffee runing everywhere and I am sure also to the laps of the customers, finally they kind of wiped the table and pull out the tablecloth dripping with coffee, then they just put the plates back on the wet table. I was totally surprised, I was expecting at least clean plates and settings, it looked like the customers were just starting to eat. I wasn't surprised when after this they asked for the check, paid and left without eating and noticeable upset.
Better management perhaps is also what they need.

The first thing that attracted me to Mimi's was the cute restaurant with the wonderful colors. I figured it had to be good! It has the usual fare of coffee shops but a bit better. On a crowded Sunday morning our breakfast was served just minutes after we ordered it. The service is quick. It has more charm than most coffee shops.

Mimi's Cafe is a great little restaurant to take friends and family. It's got a fun, quaint atmosphere with very bright and cute decor. It feels like you're eatinging in a small, European cottage. The food is good (equivalent with Chili's or Conrad's) and they've got a large selection of items to choose from. Lots of their meals come with muffins. This would be a great place to eat on a Sunday afternoon after church.
