I called all custom Wood works because of there reviews on different directories they were so pleased with the work they did, so I tried them out and I have nothing but great things to say about this company! My counter tops are amazing they are one of a kind the workers were very fast and friendly. Thank you for making my kitchen look beautiful.
I'm extremely satisfied with the my new cabinets they did such a great job.
After a complete new beautiful kitchen, we have gone on to a new master bath, and a gorgeous wine cabinet. The designs and work have been outstanding, as well as the communication and business dealings with Troy Sr., and his excellent crew.
I like how All Custom Woodwork can build almost everything you could think of.
All Custom Woodworks are as friendly as they are professional. We have used All Custom Woodworks on multiple occasions with the knowledge the job will be done with care and experience.
All Custom Woodworks earned top marks in every key category that matters to me when working with vendors: customer service, attention to detail, execution, and competitive pricing.
I had never been to All Custom Woodworks until July 15, 2011. I called on the phone and was quoted the price of a 32? custom vanity would at $700 no matter what kind of wood I chose. I went into the shop within 90 minutes, I left after about 75 minutes having ordered a small vanity for $900 which was more than I wanted to spend, and more than I was quoted, but I did anyway. I was told the vanity would be done and ready for pick up on August 1st or 2nd. As I was leaving, the owner said he was ordering the wood right then. This process was simple and relatively quick, and the owner (whose name I will leave out even though I see by his previous response to a negative comment that he chose to name his customer) seemed knowledgeable about the product.
I waited 9-10 days beyond the quoted completion date for a phone call from the owner but received none. On August 11th, I went in to the shop to pick up the vanity. The owner asked me what I was there to pick up, asked my name, looked around then stuttered and said that it wasn??t quite ready and that he would need another couple of days. I reminded him that it was supposed to be ready 9 or 10 days ago. He said he knew that but that they got a few days behind and needed extra time. I asked if I should take a look at it before the final touches, and he said that there was ??nothing to look at!? I said that it was a good thing I hadn??t been in a hurry for it, and he said he would call me as soon as it was ready. Hmmmm?. Had he misplaced my paperwork and not even BEGUN building the vanity? I had put down a $450 deposit.
I waited again for a phone call from the owner but received none. I called on, I believe, August 17th, and he told me that the vanity was still not done, and he needed another day (18th). I reminded him of the date of order. He said he knew that but that he had been sick for a week and his son got sick, too, and to please forgive him, but he needed another day. He then said it might be done the next night but probably not until the next week.
I still heard NOTHING from this man. On August 29th, I called him AGAIN. He said it was still not done but almost done. I told him that after all the delays and all the hassle I had been through, I expected a substantial discount on the cost of the vanity. He snickered, dismissively, and said I??ll call you later to let you know when you can pick it up. FINALLY, at 4:35 I received a PHONE CALL saying that the vanity was ready to be picked up, and I told him I would be there after work the next day.
Today, 8/30, I picked up the vanity. At first the owner acted as though he did not know who I was. He showed me the vanity, and it looks fine except the drawers seem tight (no hardware yet), which he said would loosen up over time. He said he would load it into my car, and he wheeled it outside near my car. I walked to my car to open the hatch, and he walked away and said that he would go inside first to write up the bill??seemingly nervous that I might drive off without paying. I said that I would come back in to pay, but he continued walking away without loading my car. I went inside to pay after which we loaded up my car. Once it was loaded, I told the owner that I was not happy with the ??customer service? that I received and that it was inappropriate to treat me in the manner in which he did. He said that he was sorry I felt that way, but they did the best they could. YIKES!! He claimed that I got a very good deal on the small vanity because he did not charge me tax. I told him that if he had just been courteous and honest and paid me a single phone call with an update on the vanity or admitted that he had misplaced the paperwork, instead of ignore me, it would have made a difference. He denied having misplaced the paperwork and said the phone calls ??slipped through the cracks.?

Sometimes we do the very best we can and it is just not good enough for some, even when we have done everything they wanted done and they paid us in full for out services and said it looked great.
Gary I am very sorry you are UN happy with the work we did for you. I am not sure I really understand, I wrote a contract so we both knew what the scope of work is, as is required by the contractors lic law and followed the contract. We went to what we feel is above and beyond the agreed to scope of work to make sure you was happy and you made every payment on time as was agreed to in the contract. Even in your own words it is all and all is what you wanted. Unfortunately you never said a word during the time we were working on your home and the whole job was completed in less time than you wanted. I would have been more than happy to do whatever was possible to see that you received everything you was to have if you would of only let me know what we needed to do. If possible I still will do my best to satisfy you. Thank You Troy Sr. It is up to you to let me know what I can do for you.
I' ve never written a negative review and always give the person I do business with the benefit of the doubt.
