I've been shopping at Cutlery N' More for 6 years and usually have a positive experience. They aren't a "World Class" business but they have pretty good prices such as 20% off kitchen knives if you are a chef.
I prefer brick and mortar stores to online shopping because even though you pay a bit more, you know exactly what you are getting because the knife is right there in front of you. I've had occasions where I bought a knife online and they sent me the wrong item then I would return it, (that's fine) but then I would wait an entire month because the right item would be out of stock and I would pay more for shipping. Not every online shopping site is bad, but shopping in a real store- returns and exchanges are just easier and you can have questions about certain models or brands immediately answered.
All in all, I would buy from the store just because there is no waiting and paying for shipping (maybe that's just me). You pay a bit more, but then again they charge retail on pocket knives (sometimes they even put those on sale), not marked-up items and in the long run it's worth it.

I bought a 10" carving knife from Cutlery N More. The service was wonderful. They offer a 25% discount if you are a butcher. They also give you a warranty with free sharpening. The lady working was very helpful and friendly!
