The hotel staff was great..they were very friendly and gave us everything we needed quickly. The rooms had microwaves and refrigerators, which is a plus. Overall, the location was good and at these affordable rates, I would recommend staying at Portola..

i stayed here for 3 nights; i must say it was worth the money. at an affordable rate, this hotel really surprised me. The rooms were extremely clean and looked like they had been remodeled. There was also a microwave and a fridge in the room. The staff was very friendly, offering their help at all times. I would recommend this hotel and i'm sure that if i am back in the area anytime in the future, I will stay here

i stayed 3 nights and it was a nice experience, the staff was excellente in attention, very friendly, ready to help, this is a centerpoint if we were bored, we went to knotts berry farm because it was about 5 minutes by car, excellent el buena parl downtown

we were for 3 nights and it was a good place, very center location we went to knott berry farm and it takes 5 minutes by car, many restaurants around this place, dennys, wendys, kfc, pizza hut.......

and we went to the beach and relax it

nice area to stay and enjoy with your friends, very safe area, good downtown, friendly staff. we went at the mall nearby just only 10 minutes by car

i stayed there for 2 nights , it was a good experience, rooms were clean and comfortable,very close to disneyland and knott berry farm, i liked this area in buena park, because you had a lot of options to enjoy the moment, many restaurants there, very close to the hotel, they offered me a good breakfast: bread, jelly, butter, coffee, orange juice, fruits, danish.... very good

Excellent accommodation. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel was they also provide tickets for Disneyland so we did not have to stand in the line.

My husband and I decided to stay in LA for one day, so we stayed here for 1 night and it was not too comfortable. It was very spacous inside but the interior and bedding were old and nasty. I actually slept with my own black and the bathroom was scary. I wouldnt recommend staying here

We stayed at the Portola Inn when we were visiting Knott's Berry Farm. The hotel was conveniently located and offered great rooms for the price. We even had a coffeemaker in the room! Great experience and will comeback whenever in the area!!!
