2 Stars: A bit expensive (by Michelle U.)

I went to Pep boys for an oil change and it was about $25 which is a bit expensive for a job I can do myself for lesser. The auto shop area is separate from the cashier area so I had to walk across the parking lot and pay for the service and then walk back to retrieve my car. The wait to get the paperwork done was long. I would not go there again.

2 Stars: Long wait, expensive, poor service (by ESTEFANEE V.)

I had my tires changed in this place, a few months later I had to get a new aligment because I had done others repairs to the car. Came to find out that the tires that they place on my car were NOT all the same size. Went back and they wanted to charge me for the milage I had put to the tire that they had given me (wrong size). Very fustrating to deal with people like that who don't know how to admit their mistake.
