I was to leave for a 3,000 mile ride the next day. I was packing my Honda ST1300 and went to start the bike and there was nothing. In a panic I called San Luis Motorsports and told them the situation. James in service had the bike picked

I went to Slo Motorsports to purchase a new motorcycle. I had cash in pocket and was ready to purchase the one i had my eye on for awhile. The salseman treated me like i was not serious in buying the motorcycle and had a very bad attitude. I left and paid cash for the bike at another shop in Santa Barbara. The service was so bad i went to Santa Barbara just to avaoid it!! I have also had friends go into SLO motorsports and they were given the wrong part or wrong fluids after being assured they were the right ones for their particular bike. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for parts, or new purchases, you will be much happier that you did!

I went to Slo Motorsports to purchase a new motorcycle. I had cash in pocket and was ready to purchase the one i had my eye on for awhile. The salseman treated me like i was not serious in buying the motorcycle and had a very bad attitude. I left and paid cash for the bike at another shop in Santa Barbara. The service was so bad i went to Santa Barbara just to avaoid it!! I have also had friends go into SLO motorsports and they were given the wrong part or wrong fluids after being assured they were the right ones for their particular bike. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for parts, or new purchases, you will be much happier that you did!

I will not be returning to San Luis Motorsports. After being ignored in the store by a bunch of punk kids, i was greeted by a rude cashier. I purchased my items, being reassured I would have no problems returning them. I came back about a week later to return the item (regular stock item), i was notified that all returns were eligible for store credit only. The same cashier I dealt with a week earlier, still grumpy and rude, was of no help and made my experience there one I will not remember. I'm going back to cycle gear where they always seem to be happy I am in their store. Call me old fashioned, but if i pay cash for something, I should be able to get cash back if returned within a reasonable amount of time.
