the store is amazing and the employees are much more friendly than capitol. i went in for paint and the associates jarvis and veronica both helped me. i was surprised because i sure needed alot of paint. i also waited in line and the associate myra helped me to the next available line. the only problem was when i went to return extra light bulbs, the associate angel was very rude. there was alot of sarcasm and attitude. when i beed to return anything i now go to capitol. but beside him everyone is very helpful.

I like shopping at the Home Depot. We have done a lot of remodeling and have bought many things there including flooring and fixtures. It's a good place to go for "one stop" shopping when you need hardware, paint, plants, etc.

PROS: Inexpensive, easy to find things
CONS: Sometimes they are out of things.

This Home Depot is good but doesn't have as big a selection as the one on Capitol Ave or Hillsdale. I can usually find what I am looking for. If I know I need something from the lumber department, I will drive to one of the other stores. That is the case with the lighting department also. They also don't have a tool rental, which the the one on Capitol has.

Seems like good help is good to find in the paint department. Been there 3 times and had to wait and wait and wait. I do get some very colorful stories while I wait about what the 2 guys are going to do when they get out of this place later that night.

NO customer service in paint dept.
NO customer care
NO customer doesn't come first

Not a good exp at all.
