No More Hassels 
When I had Closet Factory do my last project, I was biting my nails! You see, I had tried several like companies in the past and had had nightmare experiences with all of them. But the designer Julie G. was so professional and fun to work with I decided to give them a try. My design was perfect and the installation went like clockwork and in a clean manner. With one of the other companies I had to replace my carpet because of dirt and damage. I was so happy I will never work with anyone else again.

I Luv My New Organized Closet!
It was such a great experiance! The Designer was nice and informative, the installers knew what they were doing and got the job done quick. It looks great and im accually staying organized! Thank You, Closet Factory and Crew!

Dream closet
I had closet factory come in to design my master and childrens closets. Ellen Berman was my designer. She knew exactly what this busy mother of two wanted. She put together not only functional, but beautiful closets of us all. The install went beautifully, they were fast, courteous and clean. I was very impressed with Ellen that she was also at the install making sure everything went smoothly. I have recommended closet factory to my friends and family.

Great choice!
I'm glad chose to buy from The Closet Factory! The designer was very creative, offering several interesting solutions to my once disorganized closet. The installers were neat and on time. I'm having the company back to design my home office!

The Best In Custom Design!
The Closet Factory is simply the best in custom design. I have used other companies that claim they can do custom work and when it was time to install it was a nightmare. The Closet Factory on the otherhand is truly design friendly. Their production team works to make almost any design materialize. If you want quality service, creative designs and product that is uniquely yours you must use this company, I recommend it to everyone I know!!!

great sale person-ellen berman 
i had 3 closet companies come to bid on my masterbedroom closet. closetworld didn't even keep their appointment. i chose closet factory because of their saleperson, ellen berman, who was very professional and patient. they are scheduled to install at the end of october.

wonderful, beautiful office
We had many closet companies out and finally chose to work with the Closet Factory and they did not disappoint. Their product line was more extensive than others and it offered us the chance to better coordinate with our home. but it was our rep that was awesome -- helped us coordinate everything and she even showed up at the installation, as promised! Our new office is more beautiful than I imagined it would be.

Terrific Experience
I visited with three closet companies prior to purchasing the projects for my condo.
The CF designer proved to be most professional as well as thorough in maximizing the little storage space I have. Trish was a delight to work with, she listened to my needs and as promised the gentlemen who installed were courteous, neat and professional as well. I now don't fear opening my closet doors!

Fantastic closet and even better office!
We had our master closet done by CF and were so pleased we decided to do all the closets and our office. From the design process right through to installation, smooth sailing. Professional, experienced and a pleasure to work with.

best closet ever
We couldn't be happier. Our designer made the perfect design for us. We got more hanging space, more shoe space and even a spot for drawers. The installers were fast. Finished in one day even though we were booked for two. My husband wasn't on board with this project at first but now he wants to do all our closets. Closet Factory really did a great job for us.

Great Closets
Closet Factory designed and installed one very long and large slider closet as well as two smaller sliders. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They listened well and came up with some great design options that fit right in with what we wanted. Prices were reasonable too. Find a coupon (they're everywhere) and give them a call.

You mirror a large percentage of our customer base. They enjoy the product so much that they will never live in a home without it. It's valuable to know that our NJ location is delivering high quality service and products.
Closet factory_DON'T GO NEAR THIS COMPANY!! 
This company took our money 3 weeks ago. On the day of installation, they called and said they were not showing up because they underbid the job and couldn't do the work. The manager, Neal Ovsey was extremely rude. It is 2 weeks before the holidays. I have a signed contract and a deposit was taken...i have been assured for the past 3 weeks by the rep Lisa Harrison not to worry and the installation would be complete by December 7th...now she is missing in action. Don't waste your time with this company. They suck! They don't even deserve One Star

Great Closets & Service
So I called out a couple companies to design my closet. My husband was not thrilled about the prices the companies were giving us. One company just gave us a price and no designs so of course my husband thought it expensive. We didn't know what we were going to get for the price. The other company did designs but their prices were sooooo expensive. They changed their prices when we said we didn't expect it to be that much money. Why didn't they just give us a good price to begin with? Both companies were not working out for me and my husband was ready to give the whole thing up for now. Long story short we bought from Closet Factory. They had more product choices and a really nice designer who stayed and worked up the design at our house. The installers were nice and got the job done in 1 day instead of 2 as planned. All my clothes fit as the designer said they would and I have extra space for new stuff. I'm very happy and highly recommend Closet Factory.
Pros: they come to you, more hanging space, more shoe space and looks great

I'd never used one of these organization companies before, so, before committing to one, I asked friends and family for recommendations. Then, stupid me, I went with a company that NO ONE had suggested: Closet Factory. The troubles started when I learned that they had made a mistake in measuring the dimensions of my room. Sure, mistakes happen, but c'mon, that's their whole business -- measuring spaces, in order to build "organization solutions." Anyway, because of their error, the final result departed from the sketch they'd shown me...and not for the better. Plus, there were lots of delays in the project. Still, they could have "saved" themselves. Classy companies apologize, make amends, maybe throw in some freebies, or offer a discount. Not this place. They think they should get paid in full, for their crappy service. Oh, and try calling them, and getting a human being. Good luck. Everyone is always conveniently unavailable, and phone messages are never returned. Check them out, yourself, at the Better Business website. They have a D rating. I wish I'd seen that before I ever called them. Bottom line: there are too many worthwhile closet companies out there, to waste your time, money, and energy on this one!

DO NOT USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!
After a year of trying to get satisfaction from this company I am left with cabinet doors that do not fit properly(after 5 sets of doors), mismatched hardware, a crooked shelving unit that was made larger than specs, drill holes in existing walls from corrections that had to be made. On top of that was the continual hassle of them arriving for appointments without certain fixtures that were to be installed or incorrect or damaged product. The installers were very unprofessional and after approx. 15 visits I am thoroughly tired of this company!
Pros: none!!!
Cons: unprofessional, time-consuming, just awful
