Closet Factory Los Angeles

I love this store. The items in this store are made well and the store just happens to be next to my office. I go and check them out during my lunch, not a good thing sometimes. The sales are smoking!

I needed my newly built closets organized and an entertainment center with shelves built around my wall mounted LCD television. After much deliberation, I called the Closet Factory. I am so happy I did! The designer, Ellen Berman, asked me what I needed and what I could afford. Armed with her background in interior design, she gave me wonderful ideas. Ellen was thoughtful and professional as she drafted the designs and helped me choose the wood to coordinate with my existing furniture. She followed up after each installment to see that the finished product was done to my satisfaction. The installers were equally professional. They were prompt and carefully protected my floors and cleaned up afterward. The finished products were functional, looked beautiful and fit to the exact specifications. When I am ready to design my home office, I will use the Closet Factory again. They get my highest recommendation!

Just had my closets done and wow am I happy. My designer Trish did a great design. I now have more hanging space and tons of shoe space. Beautiful maple finish that matches my bathroom cabinets. The installer did a very nice job and left the closets clean and ready for me to put everything away.

The Closet Factory turned out to be a disappointment. They are not professional, terrible customer service, and their business practices are unfair if not illegal -- they will charge your credit card for the entire job before they complete it, without notice or authorization. If there is follow up work that needs to be completed, forget it. You will need to chase them and they likely will not follow through -- since they have already paid themselves with your credit card. I strongly suggest using someone else for your closets. Its a competitive business, and really a shame that they are able to get away with how they operate.

First, I agreed to a price and gave my deposit. Later they called me up and nearly double the amount. The designer had measured everything incorrectly so when they came to install nothing fit. Instead of just fixing it they tried to make what they had fit. It took 2 month before finally installed, but the installation was awful, shelves crooked, the edge on the wood is in fact tape is peeling off and the doors don't close properly, no effort to hide nails. They will not return my phone call and have just left me hanging. They charged my credit card for whole job. I have never had anyone or company behave like this before.

My wife and I had our master closet done 2 years with the remodel of our home. I went ahead with these people due to their materials. It was not until the final was completed that I saw the "holes". It really was a poor design with some things just not making sense. It makes me wonder how they get called "designers". I expect to find them knowing about design and how to do a proper job of it all! Not a lot to ask for, right?

Well, we had to expand on the job recently in order to match what we had done. Same situation as before. It was not until a couple weeks after the job was completed, that we found "issues" that needed correcting. This time to get things corrected, they sat on my request and my wife had to call 3 times to get a proper response from them to come out and fix things.

I just had my first good experience with custom closets. I chose Closet Factory this time, as I had used other companies in the past and been very extremely disappointed by their lack of customer service.
This time, I enjoyed working with my Closet Factory designer, Jeannine. She worked out a great solution for my disastrous closet and was able to set up the installation when it was convenient for my schedule. She kept me informed, and made sure everything went smoothly. Now, all my clothes have a place in my beautiful new organized closet.
I am giving Jeannine's cards out to everyone I know because I know she and Closet Factory will do a great job!

I had Closet Factory out to my home for a Master closet and Garage. The Designer was very professional and pleasant to deal with. The installation process was very smooth. They really know what they are doing. The end result was amazing!!

I am so very happy and will definitely recommend The Closet Factory and my Designer!!!

When I had Closet Factory do my last project, I was biting my nails! You see, I had tried several like companies in the past and had had nightmare experiences with all of them. But the designer Julie G. was so professional and fun to work with I decided to give them a try. My design was perfect and the installation went like clockwork and in a clean manner. With one of the other companies I had to replace my carpet because of dirt and damage. I was so happy I will never work with anyone else again.

I had closet factory come in to design my master and childrens closets. Ellen Berman was my designer. She knew exactly what this busy mother of two wanted. She put together not only functional, but beautiful closets of us all. The install went beautifully, they were fast, courteous and clean. I was very impressed with Ellen that she was also at the install making sure everything went smoothly. I have recommended closet factory to my friends and family.

The Closet Factory is simply the best in custom design. I have used other companies that claim they can do custom work and when it was time to install it was a nightmare. The Closet Factory on the otherhand is truly design friendly. Their production team works to make almost any design materialize. If you want quality service, creative designs and product that is uniquely yours you must use this company, I recommend it to everyone I know!!!

i had 3 closet companies come to bid on my masterbedroom closet. closetworld didn't even keep their appointment. i chose closet factory because of their saleperson, ellen berman, who was very professional and patient. they are scheduled to install at the end of october.

I visited with three closet companies prior to purchasing the projects for my condo.
The CF designer proved to be most professional as well as thorough in maximizing the little storage space I have. Trish was a delight to work with, she listened to my needs and as promised the gentlemen who installed were courteous, neat and professional as well. I now don't fear opening my closet doors!

We had many closet companies out and finally chose to work with the Closet Factory and they did not disappoint. Their product line was more extensive than others and it offered us the chance to better coordinate with our home. but it was our rep that was awesome -- helped us coordinate everything and she even showed up at the installation, as promised! Our new office is more beautiful than I imagined it would be.

We couldn't be happier. Our designer made the perfect design for us. We got more hanging space, more shoe space and even a spot for drawers. The installers were fast. Finished in one day even though we were booked for two. My husband wasn't on board with this project at first but now he wants to do all our closets. Closet Factory really did a great job for us.

Closet Factory designed and installed one very long and large slider closet as well as two smaller sliders. They did a fantastic job from start to finish. They listened well and came up with some great design options that fit right in with what we wanted. Prices were reasonable too. Find a coupon (they're everywhere) and give them a call.

This company took our money 3 weeks ago. On the day of installation, they called and said they were not showing up because they underbid the job and couldn't do the work. The manager, Neal Ovsey was extremely rude. It is 2 weeks before the holidays. I have a signed contract and a deposit was taken...i have been assured for the past 3 weeks by the rep Lisa Harrison not to worry and the installation would be complete by December 7th...now she is missing in action. Don't waste your time with this company. They suck! They don't even deserve One Star
