They have a very friendly staff and they know their stuff. I ask them a question and their already answering it before I finish. They have a wide variety of games for all systems. Since I have plenty of gaming councles, I'm always looking for new and exciting games to play and they have that wide variety for me. Also there are plenty of used games that I can pick up for cheap.
