This isnt a gym for beginners by any means. In fact, they advertise themselves as the gym for competitive power lifters and strong men. The owner himself is a power lifter, who holds multiple titles and records. If you are not already a seasoned power lifter, but would like to become one, they have the team to help get you motivated, and keep you motivated. The prices are a bit expensive, but if you consider the staffs level of expertise, and the state of the art equipment that you might not be able to find in your average gym, the price is well worth the work out.
