Hyman William R Dds

I would agree with the other 2 stars. When I need an appointment, it's never hard to get one, but I definitely believe that it's a bit weird to see all those assistants doing the work. When I was a bit younger, I had braces done from a different office. The doctor back then did most of the work and his assistants were there just to hand him the tools. But Hyman's office is ALWAYS packed with patients! There's no way Dr. Hyman can get provide good time with each patient. Has anyone noticed that he doesn't even greet us when he comes to our chair? I think I've gone through every assistant there, I they are all pretty nice. Some of them have more training than others. I just have to cross my fingers and hope that I get the better ones.

I've been receiving treatment for the few months by this doctor and I'm quite disappointed and very, very concerned that all of the assistants/attendants are doing the ortho treatment. My teeth need quite a bit of work and I feel like I haven't seen any progress. The work that is being done is never explained to me thoroughly and I go home wondering if the attendants even know what they are doing. The doctor just walks in, looks, tells them what to do and walks out. Isn't he concerned enough to double check the work that the attendants have done to ensure that it is correct?
The office people are nice, as well as the attendants, but I'm starting to wonder if I should have gone somewhere else. I guess I still could with a fee.

I am very happy to recommend Dr. Hyman and his staff because they are much classier than anything else in the area.The staff tries hard to make me feel welcome and Dr. Hyman is very gentle. I have recommended my teacher to him and she goes to him as well, even after moving to Arizona.You will be treated like you are important. I appreciate that.

This is a great orthodontist and staff. My daughter is doing really well in Damon braces that he uses. Dr Hyman runs on time and sees her every time we go. Her teeth are amazing compared to where they started. I went to 2 other doctors before I chose Dr Hyman and it was the right choice. Plus his office is really nice.

I highly recommend Dr. Hyman. He is so gentle and courteous. The staff is extremely dedicated and the facilities are clean. Very professional practice with great results and convenient hours. A+ ! !

This is a very busy office. Most of the appointments (in fact all except the 1st couple) were attended by his assistants, he might come in to take a look of you. Sometimes I felt cheated because you didn't get to be checked by the doctor and he never told you what to do after the last visit . ( what to do after the braces were removed.) Expect to wait about at least 30-45 minutes even you have an appointment. The staffs are nice though.
