I just got my car back after close to $4,000 in damages. I cant believe what a wonderful job they did.It looks as good as it did the day I bought it. I would highly recommend them to anyone that is ever in need to body repairs.

I was recently referred to Golden State Collision by my insurance company after being rear ended on the freeway. I have a newborn and the accident really stressed me out. They made everything so easy! All I had to do was drop off my car and they took care of the rest. One less thing for me to worry about. Thank you Golden State!! I would definitely go back!

On a rainy day last January we came out of the movie theater to see that our car had been broken in to. Glass was shattered everywhere and our satellite radio was stolen. We called Golden State Collision and within 10 minutes the mobile glass replacement team was there to help.

In the middle of a downpour, the technician vacuumed out all of the glass so we could drive our car home. He then followed us home and replaced the window while we waited safe and dry in our home.

Next we were called by the Vandalism Repair team who helped us replace and install the new radio and fix the dashboard - all in one place! I loved that because we didn't have to drive all over town getting stuff, they did it all!

Golden State's people were fast, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I'd use them again any time!

My 4-door SUV was t-boned right at the post between the driver's door and the right side passenger's door. I thought it would be a total loss considering the damage to both doors and to the frame underneath; yet, for whatever reason, Golden State's adjuster in Roseville and my insurance company decided to fix it. The shop in Roseville was too busy, so they sent my car to Golden State in Orangevale.

After three weeks, the Orangevale shop called me and said it was all finished, but when I picked it up and looked inside I could see daylight around the rear passenger's door! They had refinished the door but done nothing to straighten it out and make sure it wouldn't leak water! I pointed this out to one of the adjusters and asked him if that was acceptable. He said it wasn't and rolled it back to the shop to make some "adjustments" as he termed it.

About ten minutes later someone rolled my car back out and told me to take it home and let them know if I heard any air coming in from around the door as I drove it home! I know nothing about body work, but I was amazed at this appalling lack of attention, or skill, or whatever. I drove my car home and brought out the hose. I sprayed some water on the two doors for a few minutes and sure enough both doors leaked, so much so that a nice pool of water had formed inside the car behind the driver's seat.

To make this short, I ended up returning my car to Golden State in Orangevale three times because it leaked water, and I was never compensated for gas or my time. After they tried to fix it for the fourth time and failed, the President of the company called me and asked me to bring my car to their Roseville shop so that he could "make sure it's fixed right this time." By that time, however, I was so fed up with Golden State that I fricken sold the car to my cousin for one fifth of what it was worth just so I wouldn't have to deal with their incompetence anymore.

Altogether, I ended up eating three grand on the deal, but it was so worth not having to deal with Golden State Collision Centers Incorporated ever again. If your insurance company recommends that you take your car to their Orangevale shop, do yourself a favor and run!

Demanded ONLY CASH not even a cashiers check or money order would suffice they just wanted CASH for $7000+ worth of auto body parts.So i went to the bank paid them wad of CASH as my then girlfriend witnessed. Gave me the parts with no receipts.I Needed to locate smaller local business to do the work. These guys are real shady!

CONS: Just plain bad business
