In ShortNear Union Square in prestigious Nob Hill, this small hotel is extremely convenient for travel to almost any tourist attraction. Guest rooms are clean and attractive but outfitted with a typical quilted bedspread in shades of burgundy, a small, bleached wood desk and TV stand. The ambience is a little sterile compared to a cozy B&B or luxurious boutique hotel but helpful amenities include complimentary high-speed Internet access in the lobby.

Plain atmosphere, simple basic digs but perfectly respectable and a great location. Not a place for hanging out but just fine for a place to sleep. Anyway, why would yu want to stay indoors when visitnig SF?And the price is right.

I liked this place. The rooms were spacious and the layout of the hotel was done well. Rooms service by the way is amazing.

cheap place to stay

Our window looked out onto a cement wall, but who cares, the price was right. The location is good, near Chinatown, I think they also gave you somewhat of a deal on parking your car across the street.
