They offer a wide variety of meats, vegetables, drinks, liquors, cigarettes, magazines, baked goods, candies, household cleaning products...basically everything you'd find in your neighborhood Albertson's, but much much closer (assuming you live in the nearby area). The overall quality is outstanding, prices are rock bottom, and the homely neighborhood gives the feeling that they are catering only to you.
