Royal Hand Wash

For me it's close to home... but even if it wasn't I'd take the time to get to them. Their prices are reasonable and I enjoy the staff. I've never had a problem with getting the car back not cleaned. I think the few people with bad reviews may have run into a bad cleaning guy. I'm glad I've never run into him/her.

Oh and remember to tip the staff. I usually leave $4 bucks. It goes a long way trust me!

Did I mention they have a smog station too! So if it's during your smog check time you'll get a free carwash.

they change the oil and wash the car for a good price. It doesn't take them that long either, and they have a good waiting area.

I have never had a problem, and have used them for several years now.

I went into Royal Hand Wash for their Gold Wash service, and I have the following complaints:

1) My car was still dirty in a number of places when they tried to return it to me.
2) My car was damaged while in their possession, as though another vehicle had collided with it in their back lot.
3) When I mentioned to the manager that I was unhappy with the service, he rudely retorted that he was unhappy that he had to wait 15 minutes for me to pick the car up after they had finished.
4) After I paid and returned to my car, I saw that one of the employees had, maliciously, placed the point of a pen on the front passenger seat in such a manner that it would have torn open the upholstery if anything put weight on it. I can only hope that there are no more ``booby traps'' for me to find.

Considering the interior and body damage to my car that resulted from this transaction, I will never frequent Royal Hand Wash again.

They weren't very busy when I went for my car wash, but the car was not clean when I got it back. I was also overcharged and treated rudely by the cashier when I brought it to her attention. I have gone to this place other times before without problems myself, but I have seen the employees treat other customers rudely and without respect. I believe this is more of a problem with this business's poor management than with the employees. The poor communication and horrible customer service isn't due to a language barrier, but due to the poor attitudes of those who work there. I will no longer go to this car wash.

I went here for a car wash, and they did not vacuum the back area, so when I asked them to (I offered to pay extra if necessary) the employee/owner(?) told me my car was very dirty and they already vacuumed it a lot.

Well, no kidding. I don't bring clean cars to a car wash! I told him I thought he was rude, and he walked off, and did not apologize. Maybe he doesn't like women, or maybe he is like this with everyone. Either way, I am not going back and I cannot recommend this place to anyone. (unless you are bringing them a clean car, ha ha)

Nothing turns heads like washing a car that hasn't been washed in about a year. You can trick your friends into thinking you've gotten a new ride, or at least a new paint job. You can also convince your parents (who happen to be coming to town) that you are responsible and take good care of the car they gave you when your old Chevy Blazer hit 160,000 miles.
I stopped at the Royal Hand Wash on my way to the airport, I spent 20 bucks and 20 minutes and my car left shiny and smelling like new (I chose the scent). There are many packages to choose from, some that include more detailed waxing and other amenities. These guys also offer oil changes and brake repair, although I've only used the wash service. Its been over a week and my car still looks great.

Why take your car to the dealer for an oil change, when you can get an oil change and car wash for less than what the dealer will charge? They always do a great job, even buffed the scratches out of my bumper for a few extra dollars.

I've been getting their special Car Wash plus Oil Change (roughly 20 bucks) for the past few years. This price is less than what you'd pay at your typical 10-minute oil change place and it includes a car wash. They consistently do an excellent job. No complaints.

I've only had them wash my car (no oil change) but the service was fast and well priced.

Although they did a great job washing my car, I wasnt very happy with the oil change. When I tried to talk to the owner about it instead of 'discussing' the possible issue with me I was yelled at instead. Not the kind of customer service I like to deal with.
