I went into Royal Hand Wash for their Gold Wash service, and I have the following complaints:
1) My car was still dirty in a number of places when they tried to return it to me.
2) My car was damaged while in their possession, as though another vehicle had collided with it in their back lot.
3) When I mentioned to the manager that I was unhappy with the service, he rudely retorted that he was unhappy that he had to wait 15 minutes for me to pick the car up after they had finished.
4) After I paid and returned to my car, I saw that one of the employees had, maliciously, placed the point of a pen on the front passenger seat in such a manner that it would have torn open the upholstery if anything put weight on it. I can only hope that there are no more ``booby traps'' for me to find.
Considering the interior and body damage to my car that resulted from this transaction, I will never frequent Royal Hand Wash again.
