Supertans 24 Inc

I had a VIP account for years and I cancelled it because I moved away. The place is ghetto with rejected leather faced strippers working the desk but whatever. They charged my card the next month (December) and it is now March and I cannot get a damn refund. I was first told they would refund my credit card, then called a few weeks later and told by someone else they would cut me a check. Now I've been trying to get the manager SEAN to call me back for weeks but he is always conveniently in a meeting when I call. He is avoiding me like the plague over $25!! Freaking ridiculous and just plain bad business!!! Avoid this place!!

I wanted to share my experience tanning at Supertans. I have been tanning on and off for years and I used to go to Supertans several years back and didn't really like what they had to offer,but I recently went again (after spending way too much money at a local competitor) and found that there were many changes, all for the better! The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful and they had new equipment that worked amazingly. Needless to say, I was very happy and would recommend them highly. Parking can sometimes be a struggle, but for the value and service, I will put up with it!

they pretty much suck, expensive product, no uv free spray at all, not a busy salon and the parking was really hard to get into and even worse to try and get out of

Supertans is great because they are open 24 hours everyday and offer a wide variety of beds. They also offer special tanning discounts during happy hour which is after midnight.
