This place sucks! Not only did they over charge me, I have not received my furniture that I ordered on the 8th when it is now the 21th.They keep playing games and saying my order isn??t ready!I just want to get my money back and go somewhere else!!!

Customer service is poor. It is wonderful when you walk in, they attack to sell to you. Once they run your credit card, you are forgotten. I ordered $5700 in furniture. I received most of it, but one item was either ordered incorrectly or the warehouse sent the wrong item. (no one can step up and admit that someone made a mistake) I have been waiting 5 weeks for this piece to come. I have called every week and the Manager Dave Lepore, never calls me back. His associate spoke to me on the phone with the "it's not my job" attitude. I told him that he had a terrible attitude, but he just laughed it off. This store has beautiful furniture, but I'm not sure it's worth it to deal with these people that just don't care about you once they have your money. There are many more stores to choose from. Take my advise...pick a different store!
***** UPDATE***** Now the manager tells me that nothing is his fault, it's Richard's fault. No, I don't know who Richard is...but now, after I ordered, after I paid and after I have waited 5 weeks for my furniture, I have been told that they don't carry or make it anymore. Why did it take 5 weeks to tell me that? HORRIBLE! Now we will see how long it takes for me to get the refund. Reading other posts, it is a lengthy process.

Worse experience ever. We were told on the date of purchase that the bed frame was in stock..on the delivery day (when I called), we were told that the wrong order was placed. It turns out that the bed frame was backlogged and we would not receive the bed for several weeks. This was my son b-day gift-- it was so disappointing for all of us!!! So when I called to cancel the purchase I was told that I needed to go through a process and it needed to get approved from corporate and was told that they'd get back to me upon approval. Never did I receive a phone call from either mgr or staff. I felt I was getting the run around and wasnt getting a straight answer from anyone there. It's been a month from the date of purchase and have not rec'd my refund. This company shows poor customer service, and expresed that I would get refund by certain timeframe, which didnt occur. I'm upset at the fact of non-delivery of bed frame that was purchased. I was promised time after time by mgr that he'd call and I didn't receive one phone call on status or to explain the situation.

The main showroom is small but it has a lot of nice things. I had been searching all over for the perfect bedroom set and I found it a A Royal Suite Bedrooms. The price was right and the delivery service was great. I would recommend A Royal Suite to anyone looking for that perfect bedroom set. They even have a warehouse that specializes in Kid's Bedrooms.

When we first moved to Santa Clarita, the first thing we needed to purchase was bedroom furniture. We went from store to store before we found our perfect bedroom set at A Royal Suite. We went back a few years later to purchase our son's bedroom furniture. It is functional and affordable. The salespeople are eager to help and they offer great advice. Everything was a breeze including the delivery and set up. We couldn't be happier.

We found our bedroom furniture here. It was beautifully crafted, well made and sturdy. It was a little on the expensive side but totally worth it. We get compliments on it every time someone sees it.

We were shopping for bedroom furniture for our children and unfortunately did not find it here! They had a decent selection, but not enough of the specialty items that we were looking for. If you want basic items, they have them.

Right before Labor Day, I saw an ad from Royal Suite. I wanted to buy a guest bed and thought the price was reasonable. The ad (a full-page ad in the Daily News) offered free delivery, free bedframe and free set-up and removal of the old mattress.

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited their showroom and was happy with the advertised items. The Sales gal asked if I watned to buy a bedframe and that's where it fell apart. I showed the ad and she said that only worked on purchases over $899 (mine was just under $300). There was no disclaimer on the ad and I pressed that fact. She made up something about fine print to which I calmly pointed out the disclaimers dealt with financing. I asked to speak to the manager. She went and spoke to someone (didn't see the person) and came back with the manager's response: they'd agree to supply a free bedframe but I'd have to pay the delivery charge (about 25% of the purchase price). That the manager didn't come speak to me was a strike against them. I left the store without making a purchase.

I will be contacting the owner. I don't think you're allowed to advertise one thing but offer another once a customer walks into the store.

This place has been around forever. Polite salespersons, who aren't pushy, and an excellent selection. It always has great deals available. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking to replace your mattress.
