Another reviewer complained about the support staff, never having seen the doctor. I'm an actual patient, as is my wife and 2 of my children. I'd give Dr. Kiesselbach the highest recommendation. He really cares, takes the time to explain everything, never tries to charge you more than quoted, and other dentists have commented on his excellent work. He gives you his 24-hour contact number, and calls in the evening to see how you're doing and answer questions. Couldn't be happier. BTW, I've never had any problem with the support staff. They've always been most gracious to me.

Our daughter needed to have four impacted wisdom teeth extracted and her orthodontist's office strongly recommended Dr. Kiesselbach. I have little doubt that he is a fine doctor because of the recommendation he received, BUT...he has a bitch working for him in the front office. Our daughter is an adult and lives several hundred miles from here now so when it became evident that the teeth had to go she set up an appointment with Dr. Kiesselbach, with the intention of having her family take care of her during her recovery. The appointment was made a few months in advance. However, in the interim the teeth became so uncomfortable that she decided to have them extracted in her home community. This was a good three weeks before her appointment with Dr. Kiesselbach and she immediately called to cancel. The woman in the office gave her hell -- that is the only way to put it. She berated my daughter for having the "nerve" to set up an appointment weeks in advance and then cancel it. Remember, this cancellation was done several weeks before the appointment. I was furious and wanted my daughter to complain to the doctor but she figured a letter would never get through to him and what was the point, anyway? I will give the doctor the least number of stars the site permits just to get this published. Again, she never got to see the doctor and it's his staff I am complaining about.
