Sports bounce house. Johnny was professional and accommodating on first call. He walked me through the options. Confirmed the house, added hoops. Excellent service from first call to follow-up the next day! On time as promised. Great experience! Thank you Jump Zone.

When you call you speak directly with the owner. They are always on time and very flexible with your schedule. I use them for every party and they are always on time.

It was good, came on time, picked up on time. adequate bounce house and slide. Did not like the large advertising number on the sides of the equipment. Price was right.

Very impressive operation! These guys showed up on time, set up everything for me. They also cleaned and disinfected equipment and made sure it was ready for use. Then they picked it all up on time and were very reasonable. The equipment was amazing quality and everyone at my party had a blast thanks to them. I would recommend them to anyone who needs party equipment.

We found Jump Zone online and took a chance. The customer service was great & so was the set up and pick up. I ordered for 2 days online and was called by a human to confirm the order and was even called twice to make sure everything was okay. We are using them again soon!

Jump Zone was great and the 6 in 1 combo was a huge hit for 100 kids at a school year end party. Came on time, clean, efficient... who could ask for more?

We had a large event for our community; Johnny worked with us to choose the best jumper to fit our needs. As with all events we could not anticipate the delivery of all items, the tables and bouncer arrived at the same time, but the bouncer driver was patient and waited till the area was clear. The bouncer was clean and in great shape. After our event, the driver was great and called us to let us know he was stuck in traffic, which is a nice thing if youre waiting,. Johnny called me after the event to make sure all went well, a good sign that he cares about his customers. All in all a great experience with the company and we will use them again.

I called jump zone for my sons b-day Johny worked around my schedule for the the phone call about the jumpers very nice great costumer service they were on time very good price ,kids had lots of fun i will defenetly call again and reffer to others.P.S the jumper guy was nice enough to call a week later to ask if i was satisfied now that tells me world class service or in my line of business we call that a wow service thank u jump zone my son had a wonderfull b-day.

Jump Zone was an excellent choice for the large event I organized.

We had hundreds of people coming and needed a few special accommodations to make the event really wonderful and the staff at Jump Zone really went out of their way to make it happen and to make it a success.

We ordered two bounce houses and both were excellent quality, not old or sewn up but very new, clean, and presentable.

They provided a really great deal to our organization and because we've used them in the past, they gave us a small discount as well, so I definitely recommend being loyal if you plan on using inflatable bounce houses/dunk tanks again.

Totally recommend them - great deal and good service. They really work with you as an individual customer and try very hard to make you happy.

Jump Zone exceeded our expectations in terms of their professionalism and level of service. Johnny called to confirm and also called afterward as a follow-up to ensure we were happy with everything. The bouncy house was in pristine condition and set up was a piece of cake (in and out in 10 minutes). Our 4 year-old son and friends had the time of their lives and the bouncy house made the birthday party a smashing success. We recommend the sports zone as the slide is really fun and the basketball hoops inside give the kids something extra to do. We will definitely use your service again. Thanks Jump Zone!!

Great service, and great jumper, kids really loved the extra features such as the basketball hoops (with balls) and the slide, keeps them entertained for just that much longer :-)

great service and a great selection of moon bounces.
arrived on time, were courteous and picked up.
made the party really....Only downside is they only deal in cash and wish they would use a more environmentally friendly (read not as harsh smelling) product to clean.
other than that fantastic.
SINCE I WROTE THIS REVIEW, IT HAS BEEN POINTED OUT TO ME THAT BY JUMPZONE THAT THEY DO USE A "GREEN" CHEMICAL TO CLEAN.

I called Johny at Jump Zone when I realized the jumper I ordered first , did not show up. He had a jumper delivered an hour later. He also called to make sure everything was in order. I would recommend them to anyone, so would the 11 kids that enjoyed it so much.

We had a large street party for the Grand Opening of our 2nd location. The Jump Zone "jumper" was a great addition. The kids LOVED it and had a great time. The delivery and pick up was on-time and easy. They are really great, I highly recommend them for any event. Adults liked it too! We are Bark Avenue a daycare, boarding and grooming facility for dogs and cats!

Our softball team had a lube wrestling fundraiser at a local bar and JumpZone really helped make it a success! The wrestling ring jumper was reasonably priced, in great shape and a total blast! JumpZone worked very hard to ensure was delivered and picked-up on time (important because it filled the entire dance floor, which was needed as soon as our event was completed). They also cleaned it on site upon delivery, which really made everyone feel comfortable, given it is a public-use apparatus. The whole team at JumpZone was professional and courteous. Thanks!

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Jumpzone USA is completely professional and prompt. I have ordered several different bouncers from them and all of them arrived clean and new. I would recommend them for all your events - kids or adult parties. It is a pleasure to recommend them.

The experience with Jump Zone from Day One was nothing short of excellent. The representative was there at the designated time, very cheerful, quick, and precise. Once I told him where the jumpers go, I didn't have to worry at all. They came back at the time agreed upon and took the jumpers down. Very professional and courteous. Would I use this company again? ABSOLUTELY!

I used the dunk tank on the4th and 5th of October for a fund raiser to help a friend. The responds was nothing short of fantastic, the Jump Zone people were very friendly and helpful, they were on time and helped in the set up of the dunk tank. during the event people were ask to comment about the fair almost everyone responded the most fun they had was dunking someone at the dunk tank. I will recommend Jump Zone and the dunk tank to everyone that is planning an event. Kudos to the staff at Jump Zone. THANKS FOR EVERYTHINGVince

I needed diversion for the children for a large family get-together in Compton. Jump Zone provided the jumping tent. The kids had a ball and the adults were able to spend some quality time together.

Jump Zone's professionalism and courteous and timely service made this a very pleasant experience.

We put a call into Jump Zone late Wednesday asking about a dunk tank. They were very responsive, calling back after hours to ensure everything was ready, they showed up early which was a great surprise, and returned exactly when they said they would. The dunk tank was a portable one which was easily and quickly set up and then taken down at the end. We used that sucker for about 6 hours and the kids just kept waiting in line. We would definitely use them again. I only give them 4 stars, they perform like this again and I'll add the fifth.

The only place I could find a jumper geared to my party theme. Excellent service, friendly, helpful employees. Great customer service. Great vaule for the price. Will be using them for our next party, you should use them too.

Thank you for helping me turn my twins 5th birthday into a big success. You knew what jumper would be best for us along with providing a snow cone and popcorn machine. So which company do you choose when you need to rent a jumper when a gazillion companies rent em? I've been using Jump Zone for 3 years. They have THE BEST customer service, which is my number one priority. I don't have to worry about my jumper being late or not showing up! They're friendly, pro and know what they're doing. Oh, and their price is right!

This is a great place to rent those jumping cages for birthday parties. Jump Zone has a large selection of jumping cages to choose from and their prices are about average. Although I think that renting these jumping cages are expensive in general. But the kids just love them. They deliver the jumping cage to your home and the also pick it up.
