The parts department is very well maintained and looks awesome. The staff is courteous and very helpful. But from my comparisons, the parts here the pretty much the same parts that you find at a Toyota dealer but a little more expensive since they have the &quot;Lexus&quot; brand on it. David was not a &quot;slimy&quot; salesperson and was happy to try to answer our questions about both Lexus and other manufacturers. Normally I hate dealing with buying a new car but this was actually a positive experience. All of our experiences with the service department have been great too.
