On Jan. 6th, 2009, my autistic son was seen by Dr. Nyguen because he had a severely lacerated and swollen ear (from self abusive behaviors). Dr. Nyguen was less than helpful. Instead of treating the injured ear, he callously sent my son away, saying, "make an appointment with an ENT for surgery." When the caregiver present with my son (I was in san diego at the time) told the doctor I wanted to speak with him regarding my son' s severely injured ear, the Dr. said, "I don't talk to nobody." Apparently, he is either English challenged or he's nuts. A sociopath. Worse, a narcissitic freak who didn't give a rat about my son. This man should be FIRED. He has put my son at grave risk. He actually told the caregivers present that my son has "internal bleeding" and then split...telling them to make an appointment with ENT tomorrow! What kind of a negligent fool is this clown? Somebody look into this weirdo and have him immediately FIRED. He has no buisness working with developmentally disabled populations. Kaiser should be ashamed to hire someone like this on their staff.

I'm really disappointed in the appointments guidelines. What is the point if you have a regular doctor and you are always unable to see the physician. Please help me understand. Thanks

I was with this Kaiser Permanente over 13 years. They do have good nurses however, I had to switch around with doctors to actually get a good doctor. There pharmacy is pretty good and never too busy. Parking can be problem at this location.

Wait time is always long at Kaiser permanente. Somtimes its very hard to get appointment there. Also, sometimes parking can be a problem. Overall, they have good staff, nurses and doctors.

PROS: Good staff, nurses, doctors
CONS: parking problem, appointments unaviablilty
