The people who work here are rude, they have bad attitudes, and they argue with their customers. I watched as a customer complained about a mistake that was made by one of the employees. The employee told her to wait 30 minutes and then she would have time to fix it. What!? I couldn't believe it. When the customer told she didn't want to wait, they employee got loud and talked extremely rude to the lady. Ghetto. They are not friendly, they make ugly faces at you and then start talking in their language. It is not a welcoming environment, however they do a decent job on your feet.

When you first enter Diva's Nails, the surroundings are very soothing. Not like most nail salons, Diva's nails is like an actual spa.

The staff gives keeps a set of tools for each individual client unlike other salons where they use the same tools for everyone.

The prices at Diva's are a bit more expensive than others in the area, but to some it is worth it to get your own personalized manicure and pedicure tools and to sit in a calm, relaxing atmosphere.
