TOS really impressed me. They never tried to up sell me on any unneeded services and did a fantastic job! The customer service was second to none and the service writer was very informative and easy to deal with.

They are very friendly and let you know quite quickly what the problem is with your Lexus. They don't make you have services done on your car if you don't want to, they just make you aware of what needs to be done to your car.
The guys at TOS are professional and honest. They went above and beyond on a very difficult repair and made it as convenient and as comfortable as possible. I would recommend them to anyone I know without hesitation.

I would tell them that TOS is my regular shop for all the care that I have done to my 1987 Toyota truck. I have taken him there since he was a pup and have always had fair treatment -- which is not easy for women with vehicles.
