This place has every vitamin and herb. The staff is friendly and helpful. They carry good quality products, too.

It's a little pricey, but they offer a discount/frequent user card. Be sure to ask for one, as you can get 20 percent of a purchase once the card is full.

They are good about returns and special ordering items, also.

The store on Battery even has toiletries as well as food and beauty items. Organic herbal teas, Burt's bees stuff, and harder to find beauty products, like Zia can be found there, too.

It's much better than GNC, its competitor. As Sunshine will carry many brands of a certain item, whereas generic healthfood stores tend to carry only a few.

Trying to keep up with the gym rats and health nuts that populate todays corporate working world, there have been a variety of health food stores that have popped up in the Financial District. Sunshine Health Food has stayed strong despite the risings and failings of other imitators. Sunshine Health Food offers some great tasty and fresh food at a reasonable price.
