This is a small business, only 2 mechanics and 1 office staff member, and although they always seem to be busy, they always have my car done quickly! They also have the lowest hourly rates I've found in the area and they are always honest and don't try to talk you into more work on your car than you need. This is definitely appreciated, especially since, as a woman, I've had auto shops try to take advantage of me before. The employees are friendly and often have free calendars for customers, as well as cookies and other home-baked goods near the holidays!
