I laughed when I read the rebuttal from Mullahey Ford about Tim B or Tim P. I happen to know for a fact that what this customer said about Mullahey Ford not delivering on what they promise is absolutely true. They will lie to your face, too bad, because in a small town like Arroyo Grande, your reputation is your livelyhood. I think that word has already started to spread because i am hearing this same sort of stuff from different people. Bye-bye Mullahey Ford. You will be going away soon. You should be ashamed of yourself. BAD PLACE TO BUY A CAR. Go to Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo, Paso... any place but Mullahey Ford in Arroyo Grande if you really need a Ford.
Just look at some of the other reviews here and you can see that this place has issues. Big Issues.

Tim B, Tim P is a customer with an identity crisis and is blaming Harry C, the salesman at Mullahey Ford. We have all the documentation from this person, so when the reply comes back that Mullahey Ford is not telling the truth, you can call the dealership and get the straight story. In a nutshell, this person signs up online under a different name then his own. Ford issued a rebate in the fake name and he tried to use it. Ford did not honor it and he is upset. Harry tried to do everything to help this person but some people can't see reality when it is right in front of them. Unfortunate, because the dealership really likes to help their customers through the sales process. Again, call the dealership at 805-481-3673 and you can get the truth on how we treat our customers.

I bought a new 2013 Ford Flex at this dealership. The salesman (Harry C.) told me about a $750 discount available from Ford, but did nothing to help me get it. I have contacted the dealership and ord several times, but I don't think I will get the $750. The money is not my issue, my issue is being promised something and not getting it. Don't go to this dealership to buy a car, or if you do, make sure you get everything in writting before you sign, or you will be dissapointed. I thinka dealerships reputation should be built by satsfying their customers. They didn't satisfy me !

I went to Mullehey Ford this past Monday, salesmen by the name of Kirk seemed very nice and helpful. He took all my information and said he would get back to me mid morning Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came and went, i understand that i had a risky loan with my credit history but he assured me i would get financed.

This morning i called to speak with him and they said he was off for his birthday! Got in touch with store manager and asked do all declined loans get dropped without care, no bother to contact them back because you won't make any money with them. I told him that was unacceptable and that i will take my business elsewhere he said fine and hung up! Well the new logo should be Mullehey Ford where bad credit is not for us!

My service experience was horrible!! When brought to the General Mgr.'s (Doug Epley) attention, he was extremely condescending and cocky about the situation. This is completely unacceptable behavior!! I do NOT recommend taking your vehicle here for ANY sort of service!! Completely absurd... still in shock at the unprofessional, overall treatment!

We are a local tour operator with a fleet of Ford vans, mini bus and a personal motorhome. We have been taking our vehicles there since 1995 and have never been anything but VERY pleased w/ the level of personal service delivered.

If it's a Friday, they even wash my vehicle for touring the following day. I would highly recommend their service department. Have never had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle there but as a small local business, that is who I would give my business to.

They have always been great until this last time. I took my truck in for a tire rotation and left with my truck being completely out of allignment. They charged me to fix something they broke. Not COOL.

This is the best Ford Dealership on the central coast. It is small enough to give good customer service, but large enough to provide a good selection of new and used vehicles. They really go out of their way to make sure that you get what you are looking for and they are also very helpful in figuring out financing. I felt very comfortable going to this dealership because I felt that my questions were being answered honestly and I also didn't feel like I was getting too much pressure to buy right that second. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

This car dealership has a descent selection of new vehicles or pre- owned to choose from. But the sales people are not very knowledgeable about the products that they are selling. Just an example of this would be the sales person not knowing if a truck was four wheel drive or not.
