First of all, I have to complain about these two guys ( Sang Chae and Davies Hidalgo) over at Finance and delivery Department. Neither of them introduced themselves to me when they started doing their part with me in the process. Sang came over to asked me if I am Guodong without saying who he is, he was standing about 10 ft away and talk to me from his left hand side, then he said to me to come over to do the finance paper work to his office, I said "Okay, who are you?". In the office he was trying to persuade me to buy the package of services, unfortunately he already gave me a very bad impression from the beginning, so I just want to have things done only as needed.

Then we turned to delivery part, I figured out the Pro-4x didn't come with tow-hitch which is not make sense to me because every others trim has it, especially for this truck with luxury package on the options. I felt upset as a customer at that point, I wonder who wouldn't if this happens to you. Maria took me into the office talk to Davies Hidalgo, he was very straight forward to me he said, you already signed the contract, you did test drive and see the car, there is nothing we can do so he made me feel like okay, I am done to talk to this person, there is no point at all. Then Maria talked with me and really make me feel better, she said "let me talk to my general manager tomorrow see if he can do something like lower the price to let you add it on".

So I drove the truck home and then I figured out I don't have remote and carpet for this truck, so I called Maria right away because in my experience to purchase a car, all of them come with carpet and and two keys with remote and the third key is for valet. Maria was very patient to help me check this information for this truck, she explained to me this truck really doesn't come with carpet but it comes with two remotes and she still tried to help me to have the carpet. Another lady, Natalie, called me the day after for purchase follow up, she was a very nice talker and great attitude to me but she didn't read the detail of the truck before speaking to me, she was like surely this truck only comes with one remote. I am thinking she should take a little more time to properly read the information on the truck before talking to me. So Maria is the person I really appreciate for her efforts to help me, your customer.

There are few more person I have to thank you for their service that followed, they did a very good job and they really made me happy with their customer service especially as in the future, lucky me for me not need to deal with Sang and Davies any more unless my families want to buy another Nissan Emoji. Thanks Jimmy and Billy @ parts department, great service, there is another white guy (I don't know his name) called me over the phone and when he saw me two days later he remembered my name, it made me feel respected. Thanks also to Edgar Partida for his customer focus, his was great service, he shook hands with me and walked me to the rest area for waiting.

I took my car for an oil change, and was told I needed a new belt and when I was showed the "crack" it looked just like a dot, and the belt looked pretty new. A belt is suppose to be replaced every 60k miles and its barely about to be 2 years that the "cracked belt had been replaced, and not even close to 60k miles. The belt was 30.00 and labor was 145.00..ridiculous.

The service dept was effin awesome. They fixed a recall on my truck after notifying me of the problem. Then, while fixing that, they noticed I had an exhaust problem that I didnt even know about. All parts and service was totally free because of the warranty that I totally forgot I had. Got my truck back with polished tires even. Very friendly staff. Had to wait in line a bit, but they were giving the peeps ahead of me their undivided attention and I can def respect that.

Dave in the Service Department took very good care of me. He addressed my concerns, and fixed other things that would have become greater concerns! When the Service Department needed a couple of days to fix my car, I was given a brand new 2011 courtesy vehicle. My experience was great and feel very comfortable going back.

Recently I took my 2010 Altima in to have an engine noise checked out. I have heard this knocking/tapping with acceleration since having about 400 miles on my car, and this visit was the 3rd time I had asked to have it checked out. I now have 5500 miles on my car, and the noise is louder and lasts longer the more I drive it. My issue is that neither the service coordinator nor the tech could hear the noise. I could hear it--they could not. My fear is that it is something that is damaging my engine and reducing the usable life expectancy. Everyone involved was very polite and helpful, but my experience has been one of frustration. I have and will continue to recommend Nissan products to family and friends, but I do share with them the frustration I am experiencing in my efforts to solve the issue of the knocking/tapping.

Yesterday, we had our brand new 2011 Nissan Version 1.8SL worked on for a faulty IKey (kept getting the red key light and the car wouldn't start). Thanks to Cruz Solorzano's very hard work, and the expert help from Fred Noda the master mechanic, the problem was resolved very quickly. Cruz went out of her way to call us on her day off, and set us up with Fred to get to the bottom of the problem. As a result, we got the car back in one day. We feel that both Cruz and Fred went beyond the call of duty, and should be highly commended for their hard work.

We also had a great experience with the Finance Person, Ameena, believe it or not. We purchased our first Versa via another Finance person who was rude, and brisk. But Ameena took her time explaining everything in detail, was very personable, and even helped us in other areas outside her jurisdiction. Ameena was a joy to work with, and we highly recommend her.

The salesman, however, that sold us the car (Robbie Kwock), knew there was something wrong with it before we even drove it off the showroom floor. He had a terrible time getting it to start, and even said he's never had this problem with a Versa before. Yet, instead of getting us a different car, or in the very least recommending we have it serviced right away, he let us drive it off. In the month since we purchased the car, the IKey failed over two dozen times! I think Elk Grove Nissan needs to work with their salesmen to truly put the customer first, and ensure that the product they are selling is the product the customer hopes to get.

For the Advisor, the Mechanic, and the Finance Manager: 5 Stars. For sales ...well ... I'll let you figure that out. Unfortunately, because of him I had to take it from 5 to 3.

On 2/1/11, I took my Xterra to the Nissan of Elk Grove Quick Lube for a routine oil change. While there, one of the service providers working on my suv suggested I get a transfercase service done. I agreed. That night, I noticed a spot on my garage floor. The next morning the spot had grown into a small fluid spill. I returned to Quick Lube and informed them of the problem. After checking it out, the manager informed me that a bolt was overtightened and cause a crack in the transfer case housing. This was also the cause of the leak. The dealership took responsiblity for the problem, secured me a rental car, and fixed my suv. Although I was without my suv for almost a week, Nissan did a great job on fixing a problem that they caused. I was really impressed by everyone involved. No one made me feel like I was the blame. I was kept informed all the way from start to finish. Thankyou Quick Lube/ Nissan of Elk Grove/ and Dave Moore for the excellent service you performed! I am very happy!

Not too happy. My wife's Pathfinder required a relay recall. Made an appointment 8am and left the car to get this fixed. Asked how long it will take I was informed 2-3hrs. Came home. Nobody called once the car was fixed. I made a call at 12:30pm and told them I need a ride back. Had to wait two more hours before I got my ride back eventhough I live two exit away from the car dealer.
Hope the customer service department are more considerate since I had other errands to take care of including my doc's appointment.

I have taken both by Nessan trucks to the Nissan dealership for repairs. When Nessan was located on Florin Rd and when they moved to the Elk Grove location. I have always been impressed with the service. The inside office staff could be a bit more informative about how long repairs will take. I was told it would take about 2 hours and ended up taking an additional 3 hours with very little update inforamtion on the part of the office staff( I believe it is the service manager?) However, I trust the service tec and I know my truck is in good repair. Thanks.

great service.brought my first two Nissan's at davis started all service on them at elk grove the last few years.recently brought a altima hybrid from them servic has been great.now have 3 Nissan's in family thinking about my ex-wife ask me to take her there for a new car.we have always been a toyota and honda family but came over to nissan in 2004 first with a frontier truck then a 2005 sentra and now a 2009 altima

great service.brought my first two Nissan's at davis started all service on them at elk grove the last few years.recently brought a altima hybrid from them servic has been great.now have 3 Nissan's in family thinking about my ex-wife ask me to take her there for a new car.we have always been a toyota and honda family but came over to nissan in 2004 first with a frontier truck then a 2005 sentra and now a 2009 altima

I loved the experience that I had at Infiniti of Elk Grove. From the moment I dropped my car off the service was wonderful. The service rep that I worked with was responsive to my requests and patient with my indecisiveness.
A couple of days after I dropped my car off, I was contacted by the rep and given an estimate. I was not sure if I was getting the best price for the work that needed to be done on my Infiniti. I let the rep know that I was going to call around first to see if I could get a better price. The rep was very understanding and patient and was not pushy at all. After I called around to a couple of places, I found that Infiniti offered the most affordable price for the work that needed to be performed. I was also given a loaner car which made the experience a lot more convenient for my busy life style.
Lastly, when I picked up my Infiniti it was detailed to perfection. This experience will make me an Infiniti ower for life!

They dealt with the warranty company so I didn't have that headache. I would recommend anybody to go to Nissan of Elk Grove. Tina was especially nice and a big health. I just took my 2004 Murano in for it's regular oil change service at the Quik Lube center. As usual, I was met as I pulled up, and greeted by the staff who know me as a regular. The service was fast and efficient,and the staff friendly and helpful,and I was out of there in great time. The waiting area is comfortable,and my car was washed and dried while I waited only a short time. I'll definitely be back!

Their service was ok. I was greeted in timely manner. My car was looked at and I was called in a timely manner. But the problem was not fix. I was told that the knocking sound that I heard when accelerating was a "NORMAL" sound. I am not happy with the results.

Being a supervisor of a Call Center, I know what providing GREAT SERVICE is about and the Patience it takes. I felt like home there. Khan Ho was my Sales Person and he takes care of business. A colleague of mine bought a car there. I was reffered to him by a friends' friend who bought a car there the week before I did and after I bought my car I referred my relative there the same day and they bought a car there too. Not only because we found a car that was great, great price and service but THEY ARE A FAMILY who Takes Care of families, its not convenient to go all the way to Elk grove from where I live, but it was worth it and Ill continue to refer families and friends there and will go back there to buy my next car.

My 36 thousand mile warranty is almost over and I am very scared about what else will fall apart. This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Another warranty from Nissan is $2200.00! Who has that kind of money. Is it because they are poorly made that this is probably why you get such a short warranty.

Last night my husband & I purchased a 2010 Maxima (Our second Maxima). Eric Ruggberg was our salesperson. Over the last 10 years we have bought 6 different vehicles, and we have never had a sales person treat us as wonderfully as Mr. Ruggberg did last night. He was patient, accommodating, personable, and respectful. He stayed with us through the whole transaction even though we were at the dealership until 10:30pm. He genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He even helped us set up the Bluetooth in the car.

We would not hesitate to refer him to our coworkers or friends. We feel confident that he would treat them in the same manner.

We are also pleased with the philosophy of the dealership and the extra power train warranty. We were given a fair price for our 2005 Maxima. So often dealerships will criticize the condition of a trade-in, to mislead the customer into taking less than a fair price. We didn??t feel we were misled, pushed or pressured.

I am young so no one takes me seriously but Jose really did make me feel special. He took the time to show me all the vehicles that they had to offer.
