Mystical Dragon I

I purchased 6 Mark Roberts Fairies in Jan 2011. I should have thought to read the reviews of this business but failed to do so.
I was not given the UPS tracking number at the time I purchased them but was told the fairies would be mailed the next day and then given a phone call to give me the tracking number. I was NOT called the next day or the next week and finally had to call to get the tracking number. I was told by the owner that she had forgotten the number at her home and she would call the next morning.Making a long story short, it took me two days to finally get someone to give me the tracking number.I paid for the toll calls, and felt as if I was getting the run a round every time I called.
I finally received the fairies.I will never order from this store again. I am telling everyone i can about the shabby way the store is run.
BTW, my credit card was debited the day fter my purchase on the phone.
Do NOT order from this store if you're smart. Look other places....like City Lights!They offer free shipping too!
Oh, and not even a follow up apology for my inconvenience.
As far as "readings"Elena ,the owner,should have 'read" the frustration she was causing me and jsut simply given me the tracking number for the fairies! It was a simple thing to do on her part. Se should also 'read" my frustration now and call to apologize for the lack of professionalism she showed.

The Mystical Dragon gift shop would be thieves on line !! i ordered a pendent 2 weeks ago and i did not recieve any thing !!
They are online hackers. DON'T EVER DEAL WITH THEM. They stole $ 110 of my credit card.. They send me this !!!

Last December, 2009, I purchased a Mark Roberts fairy from this company online. It was to be a gift and as soon as I received it I found out someone else had purchased it so I contacted mystical dragon for return instructions. The fairy was never out of the box. I have never received a refund and the fairy was not returned to me. I have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls, speaking to the owner on 2 occasions, with promises of a refund. To date, Aug. 3, 2010, I have received nothing from this company!

I go to the Mystical Dragon periodically to get readings done. I also take a class there on Friday nights. I just love the psychics. The only complaint I have is they are sticklers on session times. They get rude about rapping on the door when your time is up. I think they could be a little nicer and give you alittle extra time if you need it or are in the middle of something important. Prices are a bit high too.

This store sits on a leafy street in the Carlsbad Village downtown, and features a mix of new age, mystical and fantasy related objects in its front windows. Once inside, there are a lot of glass-paneled storage units with jewelry and crystal sculptures, mixed with cards, books, and smaller objects. The cards, books and small objects are quite reasonable for what they are, or for dabblers; the larger sculptures and jewelry are higher quality and more expensive than in a cheap "head shop". For a person that's serious about mystical items, this is probably one of the better shops to visit in the San Diego area.

Having just recently moved right down the block from their old location into a much larger building, Mystic Dragon is a great place to head to for fantastic treasures and items of metaphysical interest. They have a nice selection of books available, gift cards, a wide selection of fairies and mystical creatures, and similar items of interest. The staff is friendly, helpful and available if you have any questions.

Whether you're into Wicca, dragons, or even hypnosis, this bookstore has a wide selection of alternative topics; many are titles you man not find at Barnes & Noble or Borders. Nice selection of stones, candles, and other fun additions to such a lifestyle.
