If you really like Filipino food, then Max's is the place to go. Their food tastes exactly how you would get it in the Philippines and their fried chicken tastes excellent. Its definitely one of my family's favorite places to eat.

This is the best place to enjoy traditional Filipino fried chicken. They offer a variety of Filipino foods, but they specialize in fried chicken with fried rice. It is served hot and steamy. We also love the bulalo - which is soup with beef bones and meat, plus vegetables. Of course, they also have great desserts - halo-halo is my favorite. It is a clean and cozy place for a family meal.

Everytime we spend a day at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom we always make time after to dine at Max's of Manila. This Filipino cuisine restaurants has many tasty dishes to choose from but I always skip the appetizers and go straight for the chicken and garlic rice. And don't forget to dip it with a mix of worcestershire, jufran banana ketchup and tobasco for that added "kick".

Maxs is across from Seafood City in the same plaza and definitely better than Chowking. Great to have large parties at, the food is moderatly priced & the wait is somewhat longer than any of the other filipino spots. the only thing i ever order is that Fried Chicken and/or the Lumpia. both have been good so far.
