So, I have a Samsung dryer I purchased at Lowe's, which is still under warranty. The lights in the digital display were not displaying the time correctly, but otherwise the dryer worked fine.
Lowe's sent Precision Television out to fix the display, which they did, BUT...... now the dryer no longer works!!!!!!

Ok, stuff happens, I get it. I called Precision TV to let them know that my dryer, which worked fine when they were out, is no longer working. Instead of sending someone out right away to fix the issue, they said I have to call Lowe's and open a new claim. Open a new claim?! Are you kidding me?!! How is this a Lowe's issue? How is this even a warranty issue? They came to my house and broke my appliance, this should be their problem to clean up. This is the WORSE customer service I have received in a very long time.

So I call Lowe's to let them know and they opened a new claim. Even though it is showing Lowe's there are available appointments today, when she contacted Precision TV they said they don't have anything until Monday. If I could give them no stars I most certainly would!

PLEASE BEWARE THEY MAY BREAK YOUR BELONGINGS AND THEN TELL YOU TOO BAD!!

I came into this company with every intention of working a temporary assignment as a contracted agent... and I completely fell in love! I have been in corporate development, sales and recruiting for many years and I have NEVER seen anything like this! From the secretary, to the VP, everyone's opinion matters. The CEO personally listens and discusses every bright idea. If it will benefit the customer, employees, or business, they want to hear it! It's rare that you go into work every day, and have the owners/board members know everyone by name. They make it a point to uncover each individual person's strengths, and magnify them! How rare is that? They truly have mastered the difference between managing a strong group, and leading a phenomenal team!!! Such an amazing company and family! I am so blessed to be a part of it!!!

Bad service for our TV too....I bought the 2 year plan through Circuit City just before they went under. These people took over for them I guess. I have had them here 2 times now. Once they made we wait only to show up and do nothing because it wasn't "all the way broke" they knew on the phone they were not going to fix! The technician was rude and quite the jerk! I had the same guy next time I had a problem with it. It took almost a month from the first phone call to get the problem and parts to get it fixed. Now the first problem has come back worse than ever. The one they say they could not fix because the lamp was not blown..no it just dying a slow death! I called the number on my contract and got them to use a different company! This one sucks!

After five years of having my Sony TV it started to go bad. My warranty listed precision for repair. They did change a part on the TV but it still had the same problem. They warrantied it for 30 days, the TV had the same problem again 5 days after the warranty expired and they refused to fix it. They couldn't get the problem fixed for over 3 months I am very disappointed with precision they couldn't get the repair done right and refuse to stand behind their work. I do not recommend them at all.

I had a problem with a Sony TV. The person who took my call new exactly what was wrong with it. The part took a while to get there, but they called me to let me know the problem. The TV was fixed on one try, and has worked great ever since. Thanks.

I'm very disappointed with Precision Television. I called them and had to wait a whole week for the TV to be picked by their transport crew for an out-of-home repair even though my warranty specifically read that I have an in-home repair. Then, they took 3 weeks to repair my unit because they ordered the wrong part initially. Finally, after getting my TV back, after all that waiting, the image on my screen is tilted and cropped. And, they switched my three prong electrical plug with a two prong. Naturally, you can see how this is upsetting. I can't believe this repair shop is actually called "Precision" because there is really nothing precise about their quality of service and workmenship.
