Michael Sandoval and the entire team at Pacific VW are the best in the business. I went in for my 10K mile maintenance and the process was so easy and seamless. Everyone is super friendly and efficient and professional. Don't go anywhere else!

Been coming here for the past 3+ years (for oil changes, tire replacements, etc.) since I moved to the Torrance area. Everyone there has been very helpful and pretty time-efficient in getting my car in and out.

Most recently had my knock sensors replaced and an oil leak fixed last week. Andrew was a great help with everything. Got to use one of the dealer's loaner cars which was pretty convenient so I could still drive to my classes.

Overall, really friendly staff and service professionals. Will continue to get my 2008 Jetta serviced here.

I didn't read the others reviews, but noticed that the rating for this dealership is very low. I think is very wrong!!!
I had an amazing experience at the dealership, no hassle leasing and no problem communicating with everybody at the dealership.
I would like to mention that I went there for the first time in April 2013, when my lease was up and I was looking for Armin Navab.
He explains to you all the features of the model and will compare it with the keen to the details to other models, so you have a clear understanding on how it will effect the performance of your ride.
He will make sure your phone is connected and all the sets of matts are in place in the vehicle. He will schedule your first maintenance appointment with the service department. You may call him any time if you have any questions about your car...
I bought through this sales person 6 of VW's since 2007.
I guess, I like Volkswagen! :) What can I say... I am happy about single one of them I had...
I was leasing other makers vehicles before (Nissan, Honda, Dodge, Infinity) and it was such a "job" to get a car in the past.
Pacific Volkswagen is a great pleasant well kept clean facility,
everybody I met there are very professional and able to answer all the questions about the vehicles. Besides anything they have an amazing coffee machine. The dealership is conveniently located of the 405 fwy exit, next to Costco.
I met 2 sales people that I would recommend to you: Armin Navab and Nikos Enfiedjian.
Nikos spent hours showing all the features of the new Jetta, training my daughter to learn how to operate no-keys system, explaining how the navigation system works, and connected her iPhone bluetooth so it will work in the car hands free.
When it comes to a lease of a new vehicle, we all know how much it will cost you per month and how much you are ready to pay.
You will be surprised how easy to make your wishes come true...
Any Volkswagen you choose is a very well engineered vehicle to have a safe and comfortable drive...
I would recommend Pacific Volkswagen to everybody who will be in need for their next ride.

I have read the other reviews and noticed the dates. I have to strongly disagree with the reviews. It almost seems like someone is trying to tarnish the otherwise world class experience for purposes other than actually reviewing Pacific Volkswagen on Hindry.

I had an excellent experience last week when I purchased a vehicle from this dealership. A friend recommended this place as a warm, friendly, and non-vulture-ishness (is that even a word) of the sales people. I had gone in a few weeks ago when I started shopping around. I spoke to Joe Aldana. I explained that I was shopping and looking around. I was. I was comparing a few different models. He was friendly and asked if I needed any questions answered he would be "my guy". I have heard this a million times from typical sales guys. Joe actually meant it. I went back inside and looked for him. I had a few questions on the CC vs. Passat. He was able to answer my questions. He was nice enough to open up two cars for me to look at. I reminded him that I was only shopping around. He reassured me that he knew but that he wanted to make sure I was able to make a solid decision based on what I saw and felt vs. what I read. No pressure. (Weird feeling...not to be pressured by a sales person on a car lot!).

I thanked him and left.

I arrived at my decision to purchase a new VW and knew that I had to find "my guy" at Pacific VW. Joe Aldana helped me in selecting the right model and package without any fuss. I was also introduced to the manager Steve Baldassano. He came by and wanted to make sure I was being taken care of. If I had any issues or concerns he was the person I needed to speak to. It's nice to know that the management team is taking interest in customers and not just sitting outside having a smoke.

Please do not hesitate to stop by this dealership (even if you are just looking). Joe Aldana will be "your guy".

WARNING** - I went to this dealership to get that center light fixed when you hit the breaks. I took some time off of work and took it to this dealership. I walked in and I spoke to the person in charge of repairs. I just asked him if he had the light bulb to replace the one that was not working. And right off the bat, he told me I had to replace the whole center lighting system on the back because it was an LED and it was not a simple procedure, and that they had to remove a bunch of panels to get to it. He then ducked out and and returned with a screw driver/phillips ( I don't remember ) and started to toy around by the lights and fixtures after opening up my trunk. He said it definitely needs to be replaced. He said the light replacement itself was $65 and and that the labor was going to be around $200-$300, depending on how long it took them to dismantle everything to get to the LED light fixture.
Now, mind you, this is the head of that department. I didn't know any better, so I decided to get a second opinion. I found a VW repair shop a couple of miles away and asked them to look at my problem. That mechanic popped my trunk open took a look at some wires and then asked me to hit the breaks...He says casually that, ""it's working! It's fine. Just a loose wire.""
Just a loose wire?? Are you kidding me?? If that is the head of the repair for Pacific Volkswagen, then I highly recommend that you DO NOT GO THERE!!
It's bad enough that we have to go to certain people for for their expertise and hope to not be taken advantage of. I think we all have that fear when we go to a car dealership or mechanic. I'm just happy that I didn't cave in and let Pacific Volkswagen just do the work because I couldn't take more time off of my job. DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT GO TO PACIFIC VOLKSWAGEN...ESPECIALLY TO THE REPAIRS DEPARTMENT!!

I had a terrible experience with one of the sales managers. He made a blatantly sexist remark and was extremely rude and unprofessional. The service department here is fine but I do NOT recommend this dealership for those interested in purchasing a car (especially ladies!)
