Expensive, but it's worth it! Loads of seafood and desserts. I totally recommend it and love trying new things there. There's also a huge fake but real-like octopus on the entrance ceiling.

Todai is really good for being a buffet. There is a great selection of dishes, from seafood to sushi to hot entrees. The good seems pretty fresh as it turns over pretty quickly. Doesn't exactly have "atmosphere," but that's not unusual for a buffet.

PROS: good food, good variety
CONS: a little pricey

This is definately the best buffee for japanese foods. They offer free birthday meal. The buffee include sushi, and the foods are fresh enough. You will get really full in this restaurant.

Todai is a great seafood buffet for the whole family. There are a lot of dishes available for everyone to enjoy. There are many styles of food like Chinese, American, Japanese, etc. They provide noodles like chow mein and they also have fried rice. There are many sushi platters like the california roll. They have many salads also. There are also desserts that are available. Some desserts are a crepe dish or cake and ice cream. There are also soup bowls available for everyone also. This all you can eat buffet has a great price and many people seem to enjoy this place because of the excellent food.

Todai is so good, but expensive. Their food is very fresh, good and tasty. Some of the food is cooked right in front of you. They have a huge variety of food and is soo drool worthy. Their desserts are the BEST. Crepes! They have everything for everyone.

The sushi tasted unfresh and stale. The small lobsters were rubbery and smelled unfresh. The small selection of asian food was not tasty. Way too expensive for such terrible food! Still too expensive for a typical meal for a person.

When todai first opened, everyone who worked there was japanese, as time went on, they were replaced by non japanese workers, and the food started sucking more and more. 20 dollars for 3rd rate all you can eat sushi is a lil expensive, but the desserts there are good.

todai is one of the greatest buffetes in the bay area. they have so much food, but eventually you get really sick of it. the food is really good and there's a lot of seafood and sushi to choose from. there's a lot of variety here and i enjoyed it. they have chinese food, seafood, japanese sushi, fruits and deserts! yum.

They have TONS of food and best of all, SEAFOOD. The place looks pretty fancy and clean, the atmosphere is great and even though a lot of people go there, the food line moves pretty fast. The have a lot of food selections like sushi, seafood, poulty, meat, fruits, and desert. If it's your birthday, bring a friend and your meal is free! On holiday's they bring out rare holiday food that they usually do not serve on normal days. I highly recommend! BUT it is very expensive!

PROS: great delicious food.
CONS: very expensive.
