The staff there is rude and they do not honor my coupon saying that they are not making money on my order. Heck, if you post coupons, expect people to use them otherwise don't offer them. Never before had I been so angry. I'm going to save myself the anguish and use Dryel.

I've been using Round the Clock for years..not only for clothing, but for comforters, drapes, rugs and patio cushions. The pricing is fair and the service top notch. Other people's reviews are not fair. If you have a vintage garment or horrible stains, I don't care which dry-cleaners you use, it's going to be ruined. All my clothes are designer--from Missoni to Cavalli and they have taken very good care of the clothes.

went to the store first time and hopefully last time. went there to dry clean my expensive shirts with a coupon from the website. When I gave the shirts I made sure they do dry cleaning not laundry and I asked the person at the counter repeatedly. He made sure it would be dry cleaning. When I went to pick up the shirts, I came to know they did the laundry not the dry cleaning. When I asked him the coupon I gave you was for the dry cleaning and when I asked you you assured me. His reply was I didnt explain it to you because I thought you did not know the difference between dry cleaning and laundry. Extremely poor customer service and they try to rip you off.

No Pros, All cons.

Please do not go there.

I agree with the others. The service at Round the Clock Cleaners is poor:
- Pricing is inconsistent and not at all transparent. They tell you that they've applied coupons and discounts that are "in their computer", but the receipt is not itemized, and they've ripped me off more than once. Pricing on their web site is outdated.
- If you tell them there is a stain, don't expect them to do anything about it. I've had several stains set in, and most don't even appear as if they even tried to remove them.
- According to one of the workers: light starch = no starch.
- They no longer stay open "round the clock".

My suggestion is to look elsewhere.

Don't use Round the Clock Cleaners if you value your clothes! I will always regret trusting them. Round the Clock Cleaners in Pasadena destroyed a vintage cashmere coat and almost ruined my wedding dress.

I knew that the age of the vintage coat might make it impossible to remove all the stains but I did not expect Round the Clock Cleaners unskilled workers to scrub so hard they irreparably damaged large sections of the fabric of the coat! The stains I wanted removed were small and inconspicuous. The marks Round the Clock Cleaners left on my coat were large and very noticeable. And, since Round the Clock Cleaners damaged the fabric, there's no way I can repair it.

I guess I should consider myself lucky that all the damage Round the Clock Cleaners caused to my wedding dress is repairable, even if they did seriously rip me off. I gave Round the Clock my hand-made all silk wedding dress to be professionally cleaned and boxed for long-term storage. The service cost $130 dollars. When I got the dress back, the zipper was broken, much of the decorative beading was gone, Round the Clock Cleaners had pressed out the pleats, and steamed the bust-curve into the back of the dress! (They did this despite the fact that the dress had a train in the back!).

Round the Clock didn't even box the dress properly. Under the layers of impressive-looking acid-free gold boxes, my beloved dress that my mother worked so hard to make was wrapped in a disposable plastic bag!

For those who don't know, lightweight plastic bags are unsuitable for long-term storage because they out-gas and deteriorate over time, causing discoloration and sometimes destruction of the fabric inside. This effect is especially pronounced on delicate or light colored fabrics like the ivory silk satin of my dress.

Round the Clock Cleaners also didn't pad the folds in the dress with acid-free paper to prevent creases. The clerk said she didn't know they were supposed to do that - but such methods are standard procedure for long-term storage of fine and delicate fabrics.

When I picked up my dress, the clerk had acted surprised that I wanted to open the box to inspect my dress before taking it home. But I'm glad I did. If I had accepted the box as is and stored it, my dress would have been ruined within a year.

Please learn from my mistakes and don't trust Round the Clock Cleaners with your clothes!

Don't use Round the Clock Cleaners if you value your clothes! As the CitySearch site guidelines prohibit me from discussing any damage the Round the Clock Cleaners at 115 Lake Ave in Pasadena may have done to a vintage coat and to my wedding dress, I will, instead say that I found their employee to be ignorant of basic facts regarding the care and storage of fine fabrics. Further, the employee was unhelpful and I ended up paying just to get my clothes back.

Their cleaners seem to attack even very delicate fabrics with unremitting brute force, and their clerk is patently unapologetic when confronted with the evidence of their errors. When I pointed out problems, the clerk offered only her ignorance of basic fabric care and storage as an excuse for shoddy work. I do understand that there will occasionally be probelms dry-cleaning certain pieces, but I expect a professional dry cleaner to know the basics about caring for silks, cashmere and other fine fabrics. Round the Clock did not even do that.

I will never do business with Round the Clock Cleaners in Pasadena again, and I will strongly advise everyone I know to do likewise. Please let the $135 I paid these people for horrendous work and rude treatment be a warning to you to avoid this dry cleaning establishment at all costs.

Don't trust Round the Clock Cleaners!

I asked the clerk "you're charging me for this? these stains were NOT on this blouse when I brought it in",I was told next time I give you a free cleaning,I told him there would be no "next time,I would not be returning!
