Toys R Us

If you are interested in major toy brand such as fisher price, etc. and know exactly where it is on the shelf then toys r us is okay, but if you are looking for a quality brand or customer service you better save yourself a trip.

I have been to this Toys R Us store and am always surprised by the lack of customer service. The lines to checkout are long and the workers in the store are NOT helpful in finding specific toys.

The selection of playmobil is nonexistence (Target carries more) and their prices are the same as other local toy stores.

On occasion they do have good sales, but you had better get there on the first day, otherwise you will not get what you wanted.

Lastly don't lose that receipt, the return policy gives you the lowest price for at least 60 days and not the 30 days claimed on the receipts

After all these years, Toys R Us hasn't lost its flare. Their Powerwheel and bikes section is still a great place to visit. You'll have to watch for those annoying kids who think it's hilarious to run you down. There's still the classic Barbie section, drenched in hot pink. The videogame section has evolved into an XBox haven. You can never go wrong with a Toys R Us giftcard.
