Body Spa

I made an appointment for a massage and facial. I was told by Lauren (the receptionist) that I could trade in my yoga studio gift card (worth $100) for a massage and facial that was $125 and I was going to pay extra. Lauren scheduled my appointment and she was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately I had to cancel my appointment. I called a few weeks later to re-schedule and Janell told me that she was unsure I could trade in the services. She calls me back days later and says that the owners said I could not trade in the gift card! I couldn't believe it! I thought business's were supposed to try to promote their business! I was willing to pay extra for the services that I wanted and I already had an appointment before to do just that! They didn't keep their word. Now I will never give them my business.

Affirmations BodySpa has the best massage at the lowest prices in town! The therapists are all fantastic - Bob, Laura, Bernadette, Phillip -- all incredibly talented and caring --

I have been going to the Body Spa for almost 3 years now and have never had anything but a quality massage. The price is also quite reasonable for the service provided!

bodyspa holds outrageous prices for the services they offer. sure, they are good, but i'm convinced there are other businesses that will offer quality services but at a more reasonable price. i will only go here if i truly have no other options, eg. my schedule won't allow driving somewhere further.
