Customer Service? Not at this place!  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

I had the worst experience I have ever had in a customer service related field. I manage multiple offices in a customer service related field. I walked into this business and I knew right away I should just leave but I was attending a birthday party with a friend. I was dealing with a young woman by the name Amanda who was the manager of this business. We were not greeted, she was short and down right rude to my friend. I understand this just a job to her that most likely does not pay well, but she needs to do some self-reflecting. Closing wordsstay far away unless you like abuse.

expect to be yelled at  1 Star Rating - Unsatisfactory

Is it possible to give 0 stars? I have issues with 1 person that works there, named Amanda, who is supposedly part of the owner's family. I have received the rudest customer service.
1. When trying to pay, I was told, "I only accept cash," in an absolutely rude tone.
2. I disagreed with Amanda when she told me that size 7 shoes do not exist for children's shoes. Yes they do exist. She could have said that the smallest shoe size they had was 7, but to argue with me that I was wrong that they do not exist. What a waste of time!
3. She charged me $11.00 for a 2-year old that included games and shoes she didn't have. She told me to make sure he doesn't fall.
4. When we decided it wasn't worth it for our 2-year old to get hurt, we wanted our money back. Not until after so much back-and-forth we demanded it that she gave us the money back.
5. In the middle of entering names on the screen, our lane was turned off. A messenger came to give us back all our money, saying our business is refused. We demanded the owner's name from him, but he said he didn't want to get in the middle of it.
6. Amanda wouldn't give me the owner's name nor any business card with the owner's name. I was done with her, yet she wouldn't give me any contact name, but said to just call. Who am I going to ask for?

That is the worst treatment I have ever received. I am telling everybody to not go there. Not until they get Amanda out of there. She is losing so much business. They were busy, but not full at all. I wonder why?

Remodeled lanes  4 Star Rating - Very good

I played at the Manor Bowl with some friends that live in the area just a couple of months ago. They did some remodeling job and now have pro anvil lanes and new carpets that glow in the dark. They have also remodeled their bar which looks so much better now. They also have snack bar available. Its much better now and and prices are decent.

Manor Bowl  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Manor Bowl isnt really a great deal when it comes to bowling a couple games, because its generally $4.00 a game, which is not cheap. Shoes would cost another $3.00. The place is also poorly lit, so there are better places to bowl. They do offer unlimited bowling nights during the week, so make sure to go during those nights. I hear they have been renovating the place, so maybe theyve made some major improvements since the last time I went.

okay service, okay bowling  3 Star Rating - Satisfactory

Manor Bowl has okay service, they can be friendly or they can not care at all, depending on their mood I guess. The price is okay, I think bowling is expensive in general, but I usually go here if I feel like bowling because it is the closest bowling alley (sometimes I go to Holiday Bowl in Hayward). They have a lot of balls, a lot of lanes, arcade games, a snack bard, vending machines, a bar, and bowling leagues. Overall, satisfying, and I would recommend to anyone who just wants to have fun. Parking is no problem at all. Friday nights (I think) they have unlimited bowling for $11 from 11pm-2am. I usually did the midnight bowling with friends which was really fun. It's not too shabby, the service is okay but not like you need great service for bowling anyway.
