Town Square Furniture

Never going back again, the salesperson (Vince) was really RUDE and demanding and pushy. As I was leaving he screamed that I should shop at K-mart since I couldn't afford their prices. One thing he was right they are very expensive. I went back to the same store which bought my bedroom set few months ago. And was really satisfied with them. I don’t know why I didn’t go there at the first place. (I highly recommend them,see my review on them) bought exactly the same TV stand for less .. I never going back to Town Square and, I will tell everyone not to shop there unless they like to be humiliated and pay high prices.

I ordered a desk here 3 months ago and was told there would be a 6 week lead time. After 4 weeks I called for an updated and the same guy who sold me the desk (the store MANAGER, named Vince) asked why I was calling so early and that he had specifically told me there would be a 2 month lead time. Nice..

The desk was delivered and the guys who delivered it did a great job. However it was the wrong desk model, one of the drawers knobs were crooked, and they came with a bunk light installed in the middle instead of task lights on the side.

None of this was that big of a deal as the model they shipped was fine with me if they could refund me the difference, which they did. What pissed me off was waiting 3 weeks to get the new drawer face and task lights installed. I had to call them every couple days to make sure any progress was being made and they never once called me with an update. I was told again and again that the stuff 'was on the next truck' and would be delivered in the next few days. After 3 weeks, and finally getting bitchy with the manager, the stuff has officially arrived and delivery is scheduled.

The bummer is their furniture is actually really nice, though in my opinion a bit overpriced. I'm willing to pay more for nice stuff, but this experience ruined it for me and i will not be going back.

I purchased a couch there, payed quite a bit for it. What I recieved was the worst couch I have ever had. The leather was of the worst quality (even admitted by one of the employees there). What they had in the showroom was a different quality item, which they somehow neglected to mention was not what was actually sold. It appears very close to cheap pleather vinyl (which it may actually be). They were a month late with it, and the cushions were not what I ordered. Its been 3 months now and I have still not received the proper ones. I have just received a new excuse every month.

I can highly recommend this furniture store. I've bought a dining set and a bedroom set from them. Their prices are amazing. Something for every budget. The quality of the furniture is superb. They deliver (at no extra charge) to your home and the guys who deliver the furnture will place it in your home exactly where you want it (and don't mind moving it if you change your mind!) They will also special order any items you don't see in the store. Well worth a visit. They have their own parking lot.
