This place is my favorite breakfast place in Costa Mesa. So gooood.. They have items like Crab Omelette with Asparagus and Mango Coconut waffles that are to die for! I'm drooling just writing this review. It's a bit pricey so just come for special occasions if you don't have that much money to spend.

I went to Plums with my mother for breakfast the day before my wedding. It was an amazing breakfast! We couldn't figure out what to order so we each ordered one item and split it (Banana Brulee Oatmeal and Coconut French Toast). Both dishes were delicious, as was the coffee! The waitress was friendly and prompt. Beautiful atmosphere, extraordinary food. Prices are a bit high but worth it.

I have been to Plums several times, and it is delicious!
They are owned/chefed by someone from the Pacific Northwest, so you get whole grains, fresh fruits, and wholesome eating - with loads of flavor and tasty combinations.
Lest you think of this as "health food," trust me, if you like tasty goodness, they have something for you. It's just fresh, natural food, but there's french toast, a dutch baby that is ENORMOUS, omelettes, etc. They will make it as you ask, and will make substitutions and/or build your meal according to what you feel like eating.
They also serve lunch and dinner, have wine & mimosas.
It's a little pricey, but definitely worth it. Everything they make is top-rate.
PROS: Amazing, tasty food. Inside and outside seating.
CONS: A little small, a little pricey.

Great Atmosphere and Menu Selection

Wonderful outdoor patio for dining. Currently restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch. Can get slightly crowded on the weekend. Excellent breakfast choices and don't forget the dessert menu if dining for lunch.
