This company has been great for managing my property. They did a very good job of advertising my rental property on their website, in the newspaper and on their website. Their rates are very reasonable and they have given both myself and my tenants great attentive service. I have never had a tenant complain that they had trouble with getting a repair done or getting a question answered. It is really nice to just have Central Coast Investments handle everything related to my property and know that everything is taken care of.
