they spoil things becouse i dont like this dry cleaners . I never saw such bad service in sacramento its too bad really my things stay stinky like socks.

I went to this dry cleaner based on the other reviews that loved the place. I sent about 12 sweaters and 2 suits for dry cleaning. I've never been to a cleaner that didn't know to block sweaters. They put all of my sweaters on those wire hangers and didn't even use the ones with the foam cover. All of my sweaters now have completely stretched out areas in the shoulders. They also look like they were thrown in the wash and not dry cleaned. The sweaters are have more fuzz and pill than before I sent them in! And, all of the clothes have a funny smell now like they sprayed them with something.
One pro: good hours and the items were ready when they said they would be.

It took me two years of going to inferior dry cleaners before I found this place. Here it is, my dry cleaning mecca. Why do I love it? Let me count the ways: 1) Reasonable prices and great customers service, 2) early morning hours so you can pick up on your way to work, and 3) skilled dry cleaners who can get out a stain without destroying the fabric and an easy to get to location with lots of street parking.

PROS: good service and reasonable prices

This dry cleaner does a great job and they always have my clothing ready for me on time. Their equipment looks up to date and the facility is very nice. I was happy that they were able to get a stain out of a jacket of mine that I was trying to get out. Thanks for doing such great work and service. The staff is friendly too.
