Henry has saved me and my Ford Expedition many times at a very fair price. I recently had another spark plug blow out of my engine head (common problem with Ford Triton engines) and he was able to fix it in a timely manner. Three years

This place deserves NO stars. Mechanics are rushed and do sloppy work. Management is dishonest and wouldn't stand behing their work. A really, really bad place.

Last year I took my Honda Civic 00 in for a tune up at Henry's and ended up with the check engine light coming on after a few miles of driving. So I brought the car back in and they told me the catalytic converter needed replacing. So I paid them about $535 (I know now that I have been ripped off) to fix the problem. According to the car instruction manual, I needed an OBD II converter, and they claimed that they researched and installed a compatible part. About 40 miles of driving later, the check engine light came back on, and they told me they needed to try a new part and had me pay $538 for a new cat. After 50 miles of driving, the light came back on and I failed my smog test too. I told them to replace the part for free (new cats are under warranty for a year) and they did but the problem persisted. Then they recommended that I spend some money on new oxygen sensors instead. Puzzled, I took the car to TWO different mechanics who told me that I have been cheated and a USED OBD I ( not OBD II as recommended by manufacturer's handbook) was installed on my car, a surefire way to guarantee a FAIL in smog tests. Needless to say, I am furious and for the benefit of innocent consumers out there, beware if you still decide to go to Henry's. They may be cheaper than dealers but they either don't really know cars that well or they are just money-minded cheaters.
