I was anxious to try the mothership of the Drago Restaurant empire and was shocked at the condition of this supposed "celebrity chef" restaurant. After hearing about Centro Drago I decided to try Drago Santa Monica. \r

Amazing food, great service, and it never feels stuck-up. The staff was friendly and helpful, the lighting/environs nice, the food average Italian fare.

WE love this restaurant. The chef is really nice and the food is shockingly good. Highly reccomend. We go there for all our special occasions. Also, we think this restaurant is better than his brothers in Beverly Hills.

Pros: Chef, Food

Cons: Bathroom door too close to kitchen door, you can get wacked.

Consider the class of this restaurant, the service is very very poor. We get a table at 7:30pm. It take at least 30 mins for our drink order to arrive at the table, and another 2 hours for the food to arrive. Granded the food is not

I've been here twice with my boyfriend and have really enjoyed my dishes - the burratini app was just so interesting and good, and I like the pumpkin tortelloni a lot. I found the staff a little snooty though, not too friendly/personable,

I have only had lunch here, but out of a group of 7 every dish look amazing. I can personally recommend the Thin-Sliced Steak with Garlic Salad. I also recommend the Stuffed Chicken. There is valet parking. See the web site for more information (http://www.celestinodrago.com/).

It is a little hard to find. Just east of 26th on the south side of Wilshire Blvd.

If you like Ceasar salad, fettuccine Alfredo, go somewhere else. On the other hand, if you prefer authentic italian cuisine and good service, this is your place. Try risotto nero, and leave room for desert.

We went there for a birthday party and were placed into a private room. The service is extraordinary, but the quality of the food definitely leaves something to be yearned for. Don't order the Risotto- unless you like your entree looking

What's all the hype about? I know people who swear by this place and often force me to go, but I've yet to have a great meal there. It's not that it's bad, but I've had much better for less money. And it's not exactly kid friendly, so
