Since I switched my car insurance with Mercury/Expert Auto I was involved two accidents on 01/16/2005 and 05/06/2007. In both cases company representatives were caring, nice and knew what their doing they even faxed me police report, speedy and generous. I was so satisfied that we decided to switch my homeowner insurance policy from AAA to Mercury through Expert Auto insurance agent. My wife and I definitely recommend this company to any one.

My Mercury insurance agent is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the insurance business. She is very attentive and helpful. My husband and I are so happy to be with this Mercury agent and are very pleased with them.

Based on my experience, I would never do business with this company, nor I would ever recommend it to anyone with the right mind. Yes, you will get a low quote and your premium will be low. But guess what happens AFTER you'd already gotten an accident? Their representatives are terrivle at customer care/service, they have awful manners and they will never return your call when you need them most. You will be left alone facing the insurance battle against the other party without much support from your own. Bad company run by worse employees.

They gave me an incredibly low quote on motorcycle insurance for a first year driver, first year owner, young adult on a high performance motorcycle. I called to chat with them about it, and they were very friendly and appealing. I may or may not get insurance through them, but so far the experience has been very pleasant.
