Black Angus is a chain of steakhouses (similar to Outback steakhouse, for example), but don't let that fool you; this place is pretty nice, and gets *very* busy (expect a 15-45 minute wait on weekends if you don't reserve ahead of time). I've been to this one several times and always had an amazing meal.
If you order entrees, drinks, and dessert, expect to spend around $30 a person. If you're just there for the entrees, you should get more than enough food for $20 a person.
I've never had a bad steak here, although I've definitely had better (at more upscale restaurants), and the sides area always tasty. Go for the decadent death-by-chocolate dessert, with the vanilla ice cream, and expect to be extremely full when you leave.
Parking has never been a problem for me, although the lot does fill up (usually a sign of a 45 minute wait!) It is a little odd to get to, but worth finding.
PROS: Consistently excellent food for the price range
