I took my car here because my quote was a lot cheaper than two other shops in my area, they replaced my two back tires very quickly at a great price! They were very friendly and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you Joe :) as a single mom its great knowing I found a great repair shop that I can trust.

have taken my ford f150, toyota tundra, my daughters vw jetta, and my sons nissan 350 all of which have been taken care of while leaving them at broadway tire. I've been going here for years with the basic oil changes, alignment, breaks, a/c etc. if you want good pricing and good service for domestic cars, take them to broadway tire

took our car to the sister shop, Rods automotive for clutch problems. car was still not working, so we took it back twice. The shop manager said they were going to take it to Broadway Tire to give it special attention. We took the car back to Broadway, for the same problem that they couldn't seem to fix, FIVE TIMES. finally i insisted that someone drive the car with me so they could see what happened. It was the clutch, and apparently the original repair parts were bad. So, we dropped it off on Friday, and it wasnt goign to be done until Sat. Saturday i called, and then it wouldn't be done until Monday. Joe, the manager called at 8:05am (shop opens at 8) to tell us that another part was needed (something that was included on the original estimate, yet they couldn't figure out the problem all along) we had to pay 170 for the part (which i understand) and 180 for the labor (why should i have to pay for this when the initial estimate stated that we needed a new clutch cable). Now, we cant afford to repair the car (after dishing out over 1100 dollars, and THEM not being able to find the problem). we will NEVER bring our car back to them, and will make sure everyone knows NOT to bring their car there. Sure, Joe the manager is nice, but is not knowledgeable in the area of repair. he blames it all on the mechanic, or in this case, US. Said if we hadn't driven the car for 5 months since the repair it wouldn't be broken. Nevermind we took it back at least 5 times,, only to be told nothing was wrong.
sorry i seem whiny, i'm just irked.

This is the most honest and affordable automotive shop I have ever had the pleasure to experience. I highly recommend to Everyone. The manager was honest and worked with me. I had previously gone to another shop who was going to charge me triple. My car runs great now.

I took my car into Broadway Tire, Brake & Auto Service Center , and i had them replace all my belts the air conditioning, and do the smog check. come too find out later that my ac was still messed up and they put my timing belt on wrong and when it started acting up they took off one of the pulleys for the ac and broke off. now my ac never worked right and when i sold it, my Friend has to get the ac fixed.I wonder if they gun decked the smog check?

I had both axles replaced at Broadway Automotive (now under one roof with Rod??s Automotive). One and a half months later my car seized up on a 55mph road. We are extremely lucky that everyone survived without major injuries. We took the car to a master mechanic who has been in business for over 20 years. First thing he asked was if we had the axles recently replaced. Yes. He said, the axles were not properly installed, and the differential oil was never re-filled, which is different in a Toyota than in other cars. The seizing of the differential destroyed the transmission, which will now require $1800 to repair. We tried to resolve the issue with Broadway/Rod??s Automotive. Both of the people that were supposedly in charge ?? Issa and Joe - refused to take any responsibility for the damage incurred, suggesting we should have brought the car in earlier. But there were no indicators than anything was wrong until the car seized up! They blamed it on me like I am supposed to be some kind of a mechanic and was supposed to keep tabs on my differential oil (different from the transmission oil in a Toyota)? My Toyota Tercel has a very low clearance and impossible to examine from underneath without putting it on the rack. We wrongly assumed that the auto mechanics at Broadway/Rod??s Automotive would do quality work. Their conduct was negligent and even criminal, in many aspects. We are lucky we survived when the differential seized up due to their negligence! If you value your car and your personal safety, I highly HIGHLY do NOT recommend this shop for any repairs!

I brought two cars into Broadway Tire, and found out that one of the cars still had the original parts that Broadway Tire had claimed that they replaced with new parts. It was verified from a very honest mechanic down the street that the original parts were still on the car. The other car went in for just diagnosis, and it came out with an unexpected added repair, soI decided to take to a specialist who was $200 less, and who also discovered that wires were spliced.
