They ruined my wedding dress by adding a seam different than all of the other seams on both sides of my dress. I have 5 inches of seam on both sides of the dress where it was taken in the combined the lace layer and satin layer together. The seam actually extends to the floor with each lace and then satin layer having their own seam except for the top of the dress they combined the two for one seam it looks awful. They then told me the dress was like that. The dress was not like that. The seam they made does not match any other seams on the dress. Customer service was even worse and they told me I was wrong and would not give me a refund on the bad alterations. I even had a conversation with the lady over the phone and my alteration as so expensive because of the multiple layers and they just put them into one. and told me I was wrong. Please do not even go near this place.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: I have a ruined Wedding dress and have been lied to

I brought in a pair of designer jeans that were just a tad too small, instead of cutting them apart- they offered to stretch them an inch first. THEY FIT PERFECT!!!! A little steep on the price for the waist stretch and flare taken in, about $35, but worth it if they are your favorite jeans.\r\n\r\nPros: Great location, easy to access. Friendly tailors. Speaks English Fluently\r\nCons: Somewhat pricey for services outside of basic hem.\r\n\r\nDefinitely recommend if you haven't found a tailor you like yet\r\n

I was weary of this place before entering because I have never seen their ads or heard about them. And I was taking in expensive designer jeans to get hemmed. Right when I entered, I was greeted by the tailor-who is very friendly. You can tell they have good business. The tailor directed me to the dressing room so he could measure the length to be cut off. I just picked up my pants today, and they are perfect! The hem is straight and it look very good. I also brought in a pair of jeans for original hem. We'll see how they turn out. The prices are cheap as well, much cheaper than Nordstrom ($25-38 for hemming) when you can get the same exact job done just as well. This place charges $6 for regular and $13 for original. I am definitely coming back here again!

Pros: very friendly tailor

Cons: the plaza it's in has little parking, and it's always crowded.
